We didn’t reserve our spot for the dinner, but still, the staff was pretty generous in quickly offering us a seat. All the staff and servers are very nice. The food took a little bit of time to arrive, but it was good. I would consider their prices a little over the budget for us, and they can improve by expanding their menu to include more items in their entree section. Too less vegetarian options in the main menu that also needs some good additions. Prices for the entree items are a bit more for a regular college town crowd, but they are serving some very good cocktails and beers on tap.

Had the Chicken Pot Pie. It was very good, kind of a soupy version of it but it still works out. The Charcuterie was okay, and the spinach artichoke was good too, nothing extraordinary but no complaints. Overall a solid choice for dining in. 4.5 stars if I could.

Great place to get dinner
Not a lot of selection but the important ones are there
Strongly recommend the lamb 10/10
Usually comes with mashed potatoes but can choose a salad or fries instead
The mocktails here are delicious as well!
Love the strawberry sundress… 9/10
& garden spritz… a bit on the sour side though 7/10
The salmon was mediocre… a little bit too overcooked and dry for our taste 4/10
Ordered a ribeye medium rare with fries but came out medium well… a bit disappointed for this price point 2/10
Nice atmosphere but it is small so with many people it can get quite noisy

If you want to eat here. Make sure you get in there before 6:30pm. Cause they stop sitting people by 6:30pm. That’s what the host said to me. Next time I can review the food. Their close time is 8pm. Maybe updating this can help us to make a decision to eat here. I went the next day to have the experience. During the day their staff is lovely and the chicken Alfredo was spot on and their Bloody Mary is spectacular. It did took 21 minutes to get the food which is quite normal in Pullman with my experience. But do not come in after 7pm. Cause the loveliness changes dramatically. Over all great save and they take pride in their food and drinks. Good spot

Ordered a chicken pot pie and this is what we got. A whatever in the flapjack this is. I called 5 times and not once did they pick up. What kind of service is this. We will never order from this place again. And anybody else that considers this place I recommend kfc or Pizza Hut before this joke of a restaurant.

When we first walked in, we were greet immediately and sat down! We decided to eat outside by their fire pit. The waitress, Sophia and Austin were very attentive and professional. The food was very tasty and well put together. The atmosphere was nice and had a old looking feeling to it. We enjoyed every thing! Yes you will pay a pretty penny for your food but it is worth the it!

My entree was good, but let’s talk about the DESSERT! I had a lentil carrot cake, which sounds so odd (which is exactly why I decided to try it) and it was hands down the best thing I have eaten in the last 6 months. Wholy heck. The only thing better than the cake was the service. Everyone was attentive, but most importantly kind. I even had one of the staff run after me because I had left my to-do box of cake on the table accidentally. Hands down best dining experience in Pullman so far!

The drinks are good for the most part, although the el Diablo tastes like a cigarette, so I wouldn’t suggest getting that one! The food is adequate, but not worth the price listed. Their cheese and meat platter is one of the best things on the menu. The atmosphere of the inside and the outdoor seating in the fall is more elegant which is rare in Pullman. Crystal or Kristin, who didn’t even give her name, we had to ask, was very monotone, didn’t even ask how we were, and took forever to fill up our water and give our drinks and take our order. This is the fifth time I have been there, wanting to like it, but the service and lack of food quality, just doesn’t cut it and I will not be back for lunch and dinner, but maybe drinks and the fries.

First of all, our server Maddie was so stellar. She took off our appetizer and gave us a complimentary slice of cake for our 7th wedding anniversary. She took a picture for/of us too.
The food is amazing All of it. I hiiiighly recommend “the kindred spirit” drink. We’ll be back habitually♡
My only dislike was how the staff behave in front of diners.. They practically yell their inappropriate conversations.
I really didn’t appreciate all the foul language. I was just trying to enjoy a nice anniversary dinner with my love

The Foundry has a great atmosphere! They offer some wonderful food choices and an impressive cocktail list. My partner and I ordered the Jambalaya Pappardelle Pasta and the Tuna Melt. He really liked his plate, but thought they could add more noodles. I thought the tune melt was a bit small, but they did give me a lot of fries. If you dine out in Moscow much, I would say Foundry is somewhere between Tapped and Lodgepole.
