Surprisingly small dining room – but felt intimate and relaxed.
Limited menu , which means that each dish was fresh and ideally prepared.
Scallops were succulent and silky. The filet was among the best I’ve had in Arizona.

I was looking for a yummy breakfast place and pulled up to the fancy Ambiente Hotel where the valet was super sweet and told me that I could valet for free if I was heading to the restaurant. He even brought me to Forty1 on a golf cart. The restaurant is beautiful. I was very early in the morning, but people started pouring in soon after. The food was perfection and the latte delightful. Best of all, the staff was beyond kind. They know how to make you feel both catered to and like new friends. I’ll be back for dinner soon! And now I will consider Ambiente for a future stay.

The meal from start to finish was excellent. We ordered 4 appetizers and 3 entrees and enjoyed all of it, the flavors and plating were phenomenal. The waitress was very nice and attentive and the ambience of the restaurant is very elegant. We can’t wait to go back.

It’s a yes! We were wanting to go to Mariposa, however near impossible to get a table unless you perhaps go for lunch or reserve weeks or more in advance.
However, we were quite pleased with this place! Bring your big bucks, however service and atmosphere are top notch. They had live instrumental music playing when we dined in.
I had the Maple Ember cocktail & loved it so much we can back for a repeat at the bar the following night! The bartender was friendly & easy to chat with. It’s also a smaller more intimate atmosphere which is nice if you want to go out but not be overwhelmed by too many people/noise.

Great restaurant, great service, great atmosphere next to the hotel pool. we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they treated us with champagne glasses. There was also very relaxing live music. I had the best crab ramen with mussels, and my wife had the jidori chicken, we both loved this culinary experience, and we highly recommend this restaurant.

Elegance, Opulence, Extravagance. The filet mignon cooked medium rare melted in your mouth like butter. I also suggest the Arepas as an appetizer. The craft cocktails are beautifully made. The ambiance is second to none. I loved the soft live music adding A smooth touch to the already beautiful atmosphere. Worth every dollar spent.
