Rating – 0 Stepson went in to order food. Worker wouldn’t let my stepson add on another order to his order before paying. So I Had came in to address the issue with the staff and to reorder and make payment as I was talking to the young lady she stated the other young lady was in charge and to wait a minute. The other young lady which was the lead on shift heard the whole conversations with the co worker and proceed to still work as if she didn’t have a customer waiting for her to resolve an issue. So I said excuse me ma’am can you come over and have a conversation with me so we can resolve w.e problem this is and she IGNORED ME & didn’t come over. She stood there as if we didn’t exist. She was flat out rude. We are black of course and it took a Caucasian women that works at the mall to speak on how we where being treated in order for them to want to resolve our issue. An she acted as if she knew no english

The worst food and worst staff ever !!
I ordered jumbo shrimps it was really just onions!
I went back to speak with her, and while I was talking she was unbelievably rude — she didn’t even look at me. Then they started speaking another language to each other, and from their body language it was very clear they were insulting me. After that, they just walked away and left me talking to myself. When I raised my voice, all they said was: “What do you want us to do? Wait for the manager, he’ll be here in 30 minutes.”
This is by far the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever seen.

By far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! I tried to eat but I just couldn’t stomach it. I went to ask for a refund , and the owner was disgustingly rude! He even told me to never come back because I just want to eat for free! DO NOT EAT HERE !! DO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT EAT HERE! The Japanese restaurant next door to them is 50x better , food is hot and fresh, and they treat you with respect.

Food was pretty good. There was only me and one other person there so the service was quick. I thought it extremely rude when the two employees spoke with each other in Spanish. What were they saying that they didn’t want me to know? The icing on the cake for my dining experience was when the younger woman decided to sweep the floor. Good food if you go during the day for lunch. Don’t go for dinner. They sell out of food early and won’t put anymore out even when they are still open. Good lunch spot. Don’t count on going for dinner and them actually having food to sell. Don’t waste your time going for dinner. Drove out of my way bc my son loves this place. Got there at 5 and half the food was out, i asked if they could make some of the items that was empty they said no. They looked closed and I felt like I was bothering them. Lunch ok, dinner no.

If I could rate this over 5 stars I would! Every week to 2 weeks I will haul my butt half way across Roanoke to get food here. The portions are great, the staff are amazing, and the food is delicious! 100/10 eat here.

Went there today with a friend and she found an actual stinkbug in her food. When we brought it to the attention of the workers, originally just wanting them to remove the tray it came from, they were extremely rude saying that they won’t refund because she ate some of the lo mein. She did not realize there was a bug in it at first and we weren’t even asking for a refund to start. Finally they gave us back like $5.50, but between the grossness of the event, the rudeness of the staff, and the lack of an apology or even removal of the food that the bug was in [they kept serving people and it was gross] we will not be going back ever, and I suggest no one else does. Yes, it is cheap but I am pretty sure it is also a health violation in this review somewhere or like three.

Great food. A small seating area inside. They have bottle and fountain drinks. It’s like a deli style place. They have fried rice, cream cheese wontons and much more. Decent prices but no bathroom. Reccomend stopping while in valley view .

DON’T EAT HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! The little Mexican lady and the other lady there are so rude. The food was nasty, the chicken bourbon was so hard it tasted as if it had spoiled. Nasty nasty nasty place! SERIOUSLY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
