Service was ok. The waitress took is to our table and tossed the menus down and said enjoy your meal as she walked away before we even sat down. Our waiter was really nice and on top of things. My husband and son both got the cheese steaks which they said was pretty good but I ordered the appetizer wings and they were so dry you couldn’t eat them. I had one. And just didn’t eat the others. Bill came to $80….not worth it at all. Will not go back.

Had a great time coming here despite the weather being a bit cold. It got packed around 1130pm and there was a couple good bands playing. All in all a good time but the crowd got a bit young and to the point you couldn’t move which is not my scene anymore but to each their own!

Carol was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in my life. A drink was sitting on one of the menus. She came to our table and Aggressively pulled it from under the glass and told us it’s not a place mat. Before I could even respond she had stormed off. I am completely disgusted by the rudeness of the staff. We will never be back.

Excellent food but some of the worst service I’ve received in my life. After being seated outside by an unfriendly hostess, we waited for 15 minutes before being asked about beverages or apps. It was pulling teeth to get our waitress to come to our table to refill beverages (which are charged for) or to order more food. The task of obtaining more napkins took over 15 minutes to complete.

Server was nice, efficient. Food was gross- salad drowning in oil, almost raw steak; fries ice cold. Flounder so forgettable. Salt shaker had to pounded on the table to get a few salt grains. Had better meals in airports & sports stadiums. Has gone downhill big time.

I wasn’t expecting a Michelin Star rating but I also wasn’t expecting the worst drinks I’ve ever had from a young male bartender with an even worse attitude. He said “seriously dude, order something else after I asked for a modified old fashioned.” Seriously dude, I’ll just go elsewhere.

Sat down for half an hour and no one helped us. We just got up and left. Hostess said our server was doing paperwork with the manager, that’s not my problem. Find a replacement or sit us down somewhere else. There were several servers not doing anything.

The bar itself is pretty cool, but things with the staff were a little weird. We went on Sunday and were told we could not sit at any of the MANY open tables because they were reserved. The next day, we tried to call and make a reservation and they told us they don’t take reservations. I don’t know who was lying when, but it was very odd. The server asked us to cash out early so she could leave, but told us the bar was open until 2 am ( the hours posted online). At 12:30, the bar had about 25 people in it, and they kicked us all out because they were closing early. I work in the industry, and it is crazy to me that you would shut down a busy bar an hour and a half early. If I were the owner, I would not be too happy.
