Within a week we decided to try the chicken Philly again and made sure we ordered well before close (around 4:30pm), well we went to pick up our order and there was definitely something to be desired.
The first time we ordered, the bread was nice and white and fluffy and done just right. This time the bun was dirty and it had different marks from other food that was previously on the grill and nowhere near like the first time.
The chicken that was nice white meat shavings turned into mystery meat, but it could’ve been because whoever the cook was on this day appeared to really stretch his portions and the sandwich was majority bread.
Anyhow, we will try again for the fourth and final time and hopefully do it around lunchtime or noonish in hopes to get a better result much like the first time we visited.
Overall this appears to be another hit or miss restaurant with employees who aren’t very thrilled to work there, based on their demeanor
I came in on 12/31 to a absolute empty restaurant besides workers. Encountered a women at the register that was a new face for me. Seemed a bit antse but ok. Ordered my food and waited. A young Uber eats driver came in and asked if a order by name was ready. She advised no with a attitude and a quick flip in attitude at the drop of a dime. So next comes in another uber eats young men. Before he could get a word out of his mouth she barks “are you uber eats too?”. He stated “yes” and she attitude and all says “no uber eats are ready, and staring at me wont make it any faster”. I was blowed by what I had witnessed. I got my food and went to my car. Drove up to the one driver loading his food and told him no one should talk to you like that. He is working just like she was. He was so nice about it and I was super upset and he could tell. I advised him I would be calling the manager in the morning because I come here alot.
Well today 1/1/26 I called and boy what a mistake. I ask for a manager to get Isabella who answered the phone. Friendly but absolutely no help at all. I explained everything to her to have the first words come out as “she was working a long day” and I cut her off. If the best way for you to start off your so called apologizes with justifying your workers attitude with paying customers then we no longer need to talk. Before she started, I advised her I was going to take a break giving them my money if that’s how they treat a human. But after speaking with Isabella I will not return. I can not for the life of me see why anyone would make up a excuse for treating people so unfairly. And it wasnt even me, its what I witnessed in their facility 2 times in 5 mins. Manager to employees need serious customer service training. Maybe a hit in the wallet will force some changes.
Great food but terrible customer service and that’s a big part of who gets my hard earned money.
