*edit- after the first pizza that they messed up, they sent me another one. It had the correct toppings this time… but with raw dough in the middle. What a horrible place. Avoid at all costs.
The cheese and toppings were uneven, the sauce was excessive and runny, and the pizza overall looked unfinished and unappetizing.
This store needs to be reminded to properly cook and prepare orders before serving them to customers.
Placed an order on Sunday at 11:00 AM for a scheduled 1:00 PM delivery. It didn’t arrive until just before 3:00 PM!
From 1:30 PM I could see the driver on the pizza tracker. For an hour I watched as the driver drove around to other stops only to return to the store. I called in at 2:30 PM wondering what’s going on, and the employees seemed annoyed that I was asking. “Nothing’s wrong. It’ll be there is ten minutes. We’re making it now.” 25 minutes later the order arrives, made wrong and undercooked.
I wish I could say this was a one-off incident. But problems like this happen every time I give them another chance. My email is full of “That delivery was not what we hoped it would be” messages. They have no actual desire to improve things. No more chances.
