Perfect place for morning coffee and sweet vibes

Fortuna Bakery in Celebration is one of those cozy spots you just want to come back to. Fresh pastries in the morning, delicious desserts, and an amazing cappuccino — perfectly balanced in taste and temperature, which is rare to find. The atmosphere is calm and homey, and the staff are always friendly. A perfect place to start the day with good coffee and something sweet. Five well-deserved stars!

Don’t bother coming here. I just went, I’m literally outside the bakery… The 3 girls inside were very rude. To myself, my sisters, and the customers after me. I was told I don’t know what I was talking about when I asked for a lemon tart. Which makes so sense. Then I went to pay and the girl had held the bag out in front of me so I reach to get it and she pulled her arm back fast. Does she think this is a joke? Also the lemon tart tasted bad. More like vanilla pudding on chocolate. I couldn’t break through how hard the crust was. My sister ordered the strawberry shortcake and the girl helping her told her she was wrong and there was only raspberry cheesecake. There were literally 6 rolls of strawberry shortcake in front of us. She also had already charged my sister for raspberry cheesecake prior to even getting what she wanted. One of my sister walked out because of how rude they were. Then the third girl was arguing with the lady behind us. The lady behind us was just asking about rewards. Don’t come here. The service and food or not worth your time or money. The 3 little girls working behind the counter should not be working in customer service. I won’t be back.

Delicious and celiac safe. They had about 1/3 of their pastry case dedicate to gluten free items (however they were mixed in with other items on the same shelves but on distinct trays). They changed gloves and tongs when I asked for gluten free, so I felt secure. We were already impressed with the staff, care, and atmosphere…

… But the FOOD! GF empanadas (chicken or beef), corn cake, turrons (almond, coconut, and another flavor I didn’t sample), and some buñuelos (cheese pastry balls) were the few I purchased. My non celiac family got gluten-full pastries and were similarly thrilled with their purchases. My wife even thought the GF buñuelos were the winner of the whole haul.
Despite our car in the shop it was worth the 1.8 mile walk the next morning just to come back for fresh goods.
Thank you, Fortuna!!

(Small shop, can order coffee/espresso as well; they had outdoor seating but nothing indoors; very cute working bakery!)

Delicious coffee and pastries and treats! This is a bonafide Latin bakery — they have empanadas, Venezuelan sweets and cookies and more.

Be sure to stop by, grab a treat and then walk down to the lake

Tried their coffee to go — smooth and flavorful. The bakery has an impressive selection of pastries and desserts that look amazing. Haven’t had a chance to try them yet, but I’ll definitely be back

****BEST COFFEE IN CELEBRATION!!!***
Visiting from Chicago and my wife is from Costa Rica where they are serious about “coffee time”. The only problem I have with this place is that there are too many delicious pastries to try here and the ones I’ve had these past few days have all been amazing. Daniel is super nice and personable. I think we will be coming here ever time we visit!

I have visited this location 3 times and all 3 have been very disappointing. The baked goods have been old and hard every single time. Most recently I got empanadas early in the morning thinking they would be fresh but they were hard and old tasting as well. Also the prices here are higher than at their first location in Hunters Creek which is ridiculous considering the food there is way better and fresh.

Small Bakery with limited seating outside.
Lots of nice things to eat, some warm. Had two empanadas a chicken and a beef one, very tasty. Next time i will be trying some of the sweet pastries and cakes. Nice coffee, pleasant staff, fully recommend.
