Everything they make is art. We loved every second we spent at this place. The hostesses are amazing, the ambiance perfect, and the music is ideal. Each dish was perfection. Our only regret is not being able to finish dessert but at a certain point you have to put the spoon down and have some measure of self control.

First off, I highly recommend the table-side Cacio e Pepe, although any choice here would be fabulous. The service is beyond top notch and the wine list is chefs kiss. The patio seating is beautiful and gives private garden vibes. Espresso lovers will appreciate a double shot! The pistachio gelato is over the top in taste, presentation and price, do not let that deter you though… it’s worth it! For the time we were there, I felt like I was back in Italy… Miami has a gem and its Forte dei Marmi.

We had a lovely dinner at Forte dei Marmi in Miami Beach. We sat inside and decided to share several dishes. Our waiter was very attentive and professional. The Cacio e Pepe truffle pasta was the highlight of the meal. Overall, the food was rich, flavorful, and felt authentically Italian, though a bit on the pricey side. The charming old-style atmosphere really enhanced the evening. It’s a chic, well-located spot—perfect for a casual dinner as a couple. I highly recommend bringing friends for the pistachio ice cream, which is served in an enormous portion and unfortunately cannot be ordered for just one person, which was a little disappointing. Would gladly return for the iconic style of the restaurant and tasty dishes.

I requesting to speak
To the owner. I am filing a complaint on your hostess and reporting you to the health department. I am also Requesting a full refund back to my credit card (receipt attached) or I will not hesitate in filing a small claims case .
Your hostess ruined my Christmas , discriminated against me and the food was horrible and your restroom has multiple health code violations. Picture attached.

WORST dining experience I’ve ever had ! ! Went today on Christmas with my husband to be greeted by a RUDE hostess at 4:45pm and the entire restaurant was empty. She had the nerve to tell my husband to go home and change clothes b/c he had on dress shorts. Mind you he was wearing Armani shorts well dressed and there was NOT 1 person dining in the entire restaurant on Christmas Day. I then told her we are not tourists ! I am a Miami Beach local for 25 plus years and have NEVER had such a horrible greeting. We dine out all over and never had such a rude hostess ! Especially on a holiday.
Oh and the food was HORRIBLE. My pasta came with no sauce and seemed like it came packaged from Whole Foods in a cup of bone Broth soup. It wax disgusting. My husband had spaghetti and both dishes were horrible.
Then to top it off the bathroom was beyond gross. No paper towels. No toilet paper. No working dryer. Trash on the floor .
I want to speak to the owner ! Pictures attached – reverse this charge immediatly

The only good thing about the restaurant was Daniel. My wife is pregnant, and we had a reservation for 8:15 PM, but we were seated at our table at 8:45 PM. We were kept standing for 30 minutes. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it was very difficult for a woman who is 8 months pregnant. The food is delicious and the portions are quite large. But I watched the wall for two hours. And because of the wall, the place where we were sitting was very stuffy. Thank you very much to Daniel for the excellent service

I went here for dinner without reservation. I was greeted by two friendly hostesses who said they only have bar seating available. Since I was alone, I was fine with sitting at the bar. The place was actually packed, there was hardly any room even at the bar. The food and drinks came very quickly and all the staff were very friendly. I loved the rigatoni bolognese. The tiramisu that was freshly prepared at the table wasn’t bad but it’s not my thing. I prefer the traditional, authentic one.
