I wish I’d read the reviews before trying not once but twice to go here for the buffet only to be told they’re only doing takeout at that time and not taking any new orders. Do they EVER do the buffet anymore? And it looks like no matter the bad review, all they have to say for themselves is “sorry for the inconvenience.”

41 miles one way to try this China Garden in Fort Kent. Takeout, big mistake. $68 worth of food for six people, ordered Gen Tso Chicken asked if I wanted white rice or fried rice, why I have no clue because I didn’t get the rice with the order. Food was not horrible better than most here in the county however was not asked if I wanted Amy sauces to go with the order so I got two very small containers of something but no soy , duck sauce and no Chinese mustard

Ordered the puppy platter.
Crab rangoons excellent. Chix fingers and shrimp finger very good.
Steak excellent.
Boneless pork, not good as it was overcooked and chewy.
Spring roll had an odd texture and was only fair.
First time here so can’t comment on anything else.
But would not order this again.

Most crappy place ever they told me to look at the Menu and to call back to place an order and I did and they stopped talking orders at 5 o clock even though they told me 7:30 wouldn’t recommend coming here what so ever

I place an order at 4 to be ready between 6 and 6:30. i show up at 6:15 and wait an hour until my food is ready. alot of other people there were complaining how long the wait is and its “usual”. i get being busy but this was just insane of the wait. just for me to get back to my hotel, and grab the sweet and sour for it to not have the lid on all the way and spill it. the food is good but i do not recommend this place unless you have the patience of a saint.

Wasn’t able to eat here. We arrived at 3:30 pm and were met by the lady who was working. As we were about to place our order she informed us that we would not get our order until 6pm. She said there were many take out orders that were called in before we arrived and we would have to wait int those were made.
This is ridiculous! Expect someone to wait 2 and a half hours for their order!!
Needless to say, we didn’t order and left.

Food is always fresh and hot. Best Chinese food around. It may be a wait when placing an order, but well worth it.

The food was very good. Very hot and freshly made. Place your order via phone and it will take about an hour to make. But it is worth the wait. No dine in but only take out. There is large quantities of food so would not say it is expensive.
