Stopped here for dinner with 12 and it was handled like pros! It’s clear why locals also stopped in while we were eating – it’s super tasty! Tasted very fresh – got the fish sandwich and was not disappointed.

My new FAVORITE spot in Skagway!! Shannon and crew are super friendly! The Lotus is hands down AMAZING and the food is SO fresh!!! While this is considered a food truck you are definitely paying for fresh NON precooked food!! This is made by order! I have had almost everything on the menu and ALL of it is delicious! HIGHLY recommend taking the time to have breakfast/Lunch at fork in the road!

Came across this food truck while walking around skagway. Unlike most other places, it wasn’t mobbed with people from cruise ships. Looked at the menu and decided on the halibut and chips basket. The food was excellent! I think this is probably an overlooked place which is certainly good for the locals and those not part of the cruise mob.
