We are a husband and wife team bringing third wave coffee to Monument, CO. We offer espresso drinks, drip coffee, pour overs, cold brew, steamers, milkshakes, smoothies, Italian sodas, and more. Our chai, almond milk, syrups, sauces, and CO’s best pimento cheese* are made here in-house. Also, we have organic loose leaf teas, GF options, house-made treats, pastries (The French Kitchen), bagels (Springs Bagel Company) and breakfast burritos (Bonfire Burritos). We designed our shop hoping it feels bright and welcoming to all-becoming your favorite place to gather, get some work done, read, relax, chat about coffee, the plants living in our shop, whatever happens to come up! Lots of parking, easy to find by The Home Depot. Inside is bright with natural light. Decor is uplifting with plants. I wasn’t inundated with promotional items when I walked in. Great selection of flavors for your preferred coffee or tea style. I really enjoyed their breakfast burrito. The cheese was melted throughout with chunks of potatoes and the smokey bacon came through. Delicious! The vanilla latte was spot on for me. Staff was very helpful.

This local coffee place is the best. The owners are friendly, welcoming and know their customers. My wife loves they make all their own syrups which are not sweet and flavorful. I love their Americano. The inside is clean and bright with tons of green plants. Much better coffee and lower prices than chain coffee chains.

Outstanding coffee from top to bottom. The coffee bean selection alone is worth the visit and the drink menu takes it even further with siphon, pour over, and a beautiful Yama cold brew tower. Truly some of the best espresso in the state and that is a big deal.
The two who run this shop are at the very top of their craft. Every visit feels intentional, thoughtful, and dialed in. I always leave feeling grateful for the time spent there.
And the food absolutely holds its own. The pimento cheese bagel is a wow moment. Completely outstanding.

This place absolutely never disappoints. From the perfectly roasted coffee, to the house-made coffee flavors, to the cute decor and the friendly staff, you are sure to leave happy! Give this place a try, and I’m sure you’ll find any to come back for more! (PS they have awesome options for dairy-free and gluten-free friends!)

Simply put, THE BEST CUP OF BLACK COFFEE I’ve had. To me, that says it all. Beautifully designed and bright interior. Atmosphere and ambiance is like Loyal Coffee, but you don’t have to wrestle someone to get a table. More people need to check this place out!

As a first time visitor, curious about this place as we drove by…
I’ve never seen a coffee/cafe business so indifferent to its customers. Between the awkward, disinterested service , one very strange man who couldn’t be bothered, staring at his computer, not grateful we actually chose to visit his store, and the poor quality of the coffee, there is no reason to go here. Plenty of better shops in the area to support instead.
Hilarious, he walks over to tell our drinks are over ‘there, waving an arm toward a counter is never been to, as I was new?!!
Never will I support this business. As my own successful business is nearby, I will drive further. There is no community here. Way, way better community, kind, interested, friendly coffee shops nearby…so sad 🙁 and disappointed.

As a long time customer of Forge Coffee Lab, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s always clean. Sit at a bar and chat with the owners, Shawn and Robin. They’re really great people that have brought a beautiful, locally owned coffee shop to our area. I love meeting friends here. If they’re open, I won’t stop anywhere else anymore! They even carry great, locally made gluten free pastries for us GF people!

This place is a hidden gem. They have Great coffee! They make their own syrups too. Friendly staff and I could see this as nice place to do work, study or meet up. Brought my kid and got her a kids hot chocolate! We have tried so many coffee shops in Colorado and feel a bit snobbish – this is probably in our top 3.
