I didn’t end up ordering anything because the server seemed to have an attitude. I asked simple questions about flavors and what certain drinks were and she gave one word answers without even looking my way. I was the only one there, so really no excuse.

Usually I love this place, and might of just been a fluke but I wasn’t impressed today. Server seemed to have an attitude, which she was helping multiple people so maybe tired. But she was rude to me and snippy and only became nice at the end when it was time to tip.

Best coffee! Hands down! Their Iced white chocolate mocha is the best one I’ve ever had… Tiffany is the nicest barista on the planet and always has my drink ready for me when she sees me drive up. Just amazing place all around. Highly recommend

I pulled up at about 5:43, I know they close at 6 on Saturdays and normally I don’t cut it close like that to closing but sometimes things happen, but still mind you, they were open until 6… anyways, their outside light was on and said open but their machine and items from outside had all already been pulled inside which isn’t totally abnormal as they were prepping to close. I sit at the window for a few minutes waiting on my phone, and I notice the younger blonde haired girl is clearly ignoring me as she’s cleaning the machine. She then walks to the back, and peaks around the corner to see if I’m still there….first of all, could you be any more obvious..? She is texting on her phone and throws her arms out sort of to say “what do you want me to do” with a clear attitude on her face GLARING at me. She didn’t open the window or anything so then I simply left. Just to note, I am one of those people that always tips as well…and tbh I didn’t even want a coffee I wanted a lotus which wouldn’t have dirtied the machine at all. She clearly shut down the stand ATLEAST 20 minutes before the actual closing, but she left the sign on too as if she knows she not supposed to turn people away before 6pm…Honestly, if it weren’t for the attitude I probably wouldn’t have written a review because I’ve loved this stand FOR YEARS. The attitude was SO not appreciated. Also, not appreciated because I worked at a stand during college so I get it, but it is your job to be pleasant and nice and serve people until closing time, WHICH AGAIN was 6PM.

Are used to like this coffee shop I don’t know if they switched barista’s, but my last few times the coffee has been not good at all . I got floating white chocolate in my iced coffee it was lukewarm not cold. Blended drinks were watery not blended at all. I told this to the barista and she said oh OK . Looks like I need to find my new favorite place. 9/15/ 20 4:30pm

Ordered a drink and wanted to redeem my reward when I went to check out she was super rude and said I should have ordered a different size. When I offered to pay the difference she said no and again with an unnecessary attitude. Customer service and communication really needs to be improved! I won’t be returning.
