Great coffee in the Milford community! The Sir mostly in there is helping to the coffee preparation, people reaching out say hi from his heart as well working with the team employees to make sure it aligns for the customer requested. We got the orange creamsicle latte and a pour over, both were very good, but the pastries were our favorite. We shared a cheddar chives quiche, a lemon lavender scone and the blueberry danish, all of them were 10/10.
The space is very clean and has a modern vibe to it.
The servers are very nice and our order was ready fast.
We explore coffee shops around Cincinnati every Saturday morning, and we always look for local gems. We recommend this one and we’d definitely go back!

Wife and I planned to have breakfast at The Governor, and wanted a good coffee shop to stop at before breakfast. I’ve read many great things about Forager, and have also heard a lot of positive mentions of May Cafe, which is closed on Mondays, so we landed at Forager.
Inside Forager it was clean and bright, wide variety of pastries to choose from (which I didn’t get to try), and decent seating options as well as additional outdoor seating on the sidewalk.
I ordered a double shot of espresso, and a cold brew. They were out of cold brew coffee Monday morning so I went with an Iced Americano instead. The espresso was served in a “to go” cup instead of a porcelain cup, even though we paid for dine in. Espresso tasted good, but a bit of a let down not having it served in the proper cup. Iced Americano was good as well. My wife ordered a White Chocolate Latte (before the governor, and another after we left). She was very happy with her choice.
Overall it was a good experience. We do not live in Milford and this was one of our stops on a week long coffee tour of Cincinnati/Greater Cincinnati. On a side note, very impressed with what Milford has become since I last walked through many years ago. We enjoyed The Governor, so I know we’ll be back in the area. Maybe we will be back to Forager? Only time will tell.

This is a great space with WiFi and outlets. I popped in one a Friday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. They seem to be a place that thrives on the simple drinks and lets the quality speak for itself; there were not a ton of fancier/seasonal drinks. My plain iced latte had A+ quality espresso.. perfection for me. Their pastry case was above average based on how interesting the options were. I’ll have to come back and try something next time. I can tell this is a lovable shop off the strength of one visit.

Atmosphere was definitely a small-town-downtown-chic. It was 11am/noon on a Thursday and folks were enjoying their drinks on the patios while working from laptops.

What a great addition to downtown Milford! This is a perfect place to meet up with a friend or to get some work done. But most importantly, they make a proper espresso! Great atmosphere inside and several places to sit outside as well.

Great coffee, with so many specialty items. There was a turmeric latte, a cacao-chaga latte, and a matcha (and even a few items that were a mixture of the ones I mentioned. Everything I had was great. They only do 12 oz which is probably healthy but annoying if you like your bad habits of excess (which I kinda do).

The coffee was good, service was great, atmosphere was quiet and professional. Would be a great place to work through some emails or start writing that book. Depending on time of day, sitting outside can be very loud with the main drag getting busy with traffic.
