I love the food here. Probably my favorite bagels in town. But there are a variety of drawbacks.

When ordering in person, the prioritization of orders makes no sense. My typical order is a half dozen bagels. No slicing, toasting, or anything. Just pick em out of the bins and throw em in a bag. Could do it while I am ordering. Does it go that way? No. They process orders in some random fashion that results in me waiting for my six bagels while someone gets a fancy coffee and a sandwich – who ordered after me. That defies any explanation.

Speaking of, if my bagel packing takes such care, you’d expect some separation between flavors, right? No. All bagels crammed into one bag. Everything bagels and sesame seed bagels piled on top of plain and chocolate chip bagels. You know the tenth circle of he’ll? Having a six year old crying because there are seeds on their chocolate chip bagel. Thanks yall.

Closes randomly. I drive past it on weekend errands and my commute to work. Was closed yesterday. I guess spring break is next week, but closing early seems odd.

Online ordering is a mess. Maybe this is a “me” thing but I cant order online through the website or app. Tried multiple devices and OS. But some folks have figured it out – there are always items on the online order shelf. Maybe exclusive to GrubHub, Starship, or whatever. But terribly unhelpful if you want to pick it up yourself.

One of the worst fast food experiences of my life. I work in fast food and realize sometimes you get busy and not much can be done. But I waited over 30 minutes for a turkey sandwich. And while it was busy they people making the food had no pep in their step to make the wait times shorter. Finally, the cashier was extremely rude. And not just with me but he had a smart attitude with almost everyone I saw go to the register

This place is literally the worst. They take forever when it’s not busy, constantly give the WRONG BAGELS, and half the time they don’t even toast it. When they run out of bagels they literally just give you a plain one and hope you are too scared to say something. Don’t waste your money here.

Really good bagels. Got the breakfast bagels. One was the all nighter and one was ham and cheese. All nighter was awesome. Ham and cheese was good but very plain.

Got some extra bagels to go with a side of cream cheese. Side of cream cheese was 1.50 and was very very small and a total ripoff. Not worth it at all. Other than that Great bagel place.

Was super busy when we went. They were filling robots up and online orders like crazy. At 11am on Saturday.

There was 20 minute only parking. Out front but it took us more than that to get our order.

Got a “warm” egg and cheese bagel, but the cheese wasn’t even melted somehow and the egg itself was barely warm. Also had to stand and wait almost 20 minutes just for the one bagel.

Absolutely awful, I go here all of the time because I live right by but they NEVER make my order right. I have to check it everytime I get one and 99% of the time I have to ask them to remake it.

Edit 2 – nah, they lost whatever they had going. 25 mins for my bagle sandwich again. Don’t go here if you have stuff to do.

Edit – After having a conversation with management I was told that the cutoff for robot delivery’s would be updated and I have to say it has helped ALOT. I returned at the busiest time of the day and put in the same order (this time also with a drink) and I waited 4 minutes for my sandwich. The short wait time also helped to reduce the crowd of people that are normally waiting for their food so the environment inside was much more friendly. overall this is definitely a huge improvement, I’m curious to see if this is just a temporary change but overall BIG improvement I can recommend going now.

Original – Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for a bagel in a loud uncomfortable small space with no seats, at least you get to listen to the fine selections on the oaks rockbot while you wait . Also even if the restaurant is empty there are almost certainly 10-20 robot delivery orders AHEAD of you in line.

Waited 20 minutes for one bagel with butter. Waited by the counter and no one asked me if I needed help. As a fast food worker, this was god awful service. Everyone knows to compensate absurd wait time with a gift. Plus I’m pretty sure they let someone keep my bagel for free. Jesus Christ, if you’re in a hurry just stock to the union or the oaks. The fact management let this happen and didn’t even speak to me gives me a clear indication how awful this place is. And I watched my bagel be handed to someone else for free. And didn’t remake it. Or offer compensation. If you’re the head manager of your establishment, be ashamed of yourself. How incompetent can you possibly be? I won’t be back here any time soon, unless their willing to fix their mistake retroactively. How can you even call this job a customer service job?

If u want to get the food you pay for don’t go here. Waited 45 minutes and asked 3 different times about my order just to never get it. Ended up wasting the money and not getting any food for it. It’s not very complicated to make one sandwich when asked about it 3 times

I’m not sure how it takes 14 minutes for a sandwich, especially when they use a microwave and only one person was in line when I walked in. I could have gone to the store and made the sandwich myself in less time. Plus it would’ve been cheaper and fresher.
