Almost everything on their menu is initially vegetarian or vegan but you can add meat proteins like chicken.
The customer service here is excellent!
There is a large free parking lot for the shopping center. You have to walk a little ways into the shopping center to get to Forage Kitchen.

Healthy, tasty food! Fiesta bowl was a bit spicy for our taste, but what you would expect for a Mexican flavored dish. Local roots was just okay. It had beets and feta cheeze in it. The Jerk Bowl with jerk chicken was delicious and very filling. Definitely a good choice. The Thai bowl is always good too! Definitely will be back to this location at Hilldale mall in Madison, WI. Nice outdoor tables to eat at!

I am a tried-and-true omnivore… Not a vegetarian, not vegan… But I have to tell you what I had at forage kitchen today makes me think I could actually be a vegetarian
I had a salad with tempeh protein and it was just spectacular !
The restaurant itself is very pleasant for sitting and having lunch, outdoor seating and good weather is beautiful as well
The staff is so gracious and helpful happy people serving, happy customers…

I haven’t order had afood from here in a whilenso i tried placing an online order. It recquired me to select no bread to add the food to my order (why have that option if there is no option.)
But the main problem is when i tried submitting the order, i got an error saying the store was too busy for online orders. Again, why have online orders if theyre not available.
I enjoyed the food previously, the toppings available changed since then (maybe seasonal black beans), but i cant even place the order.

Love forage! The bowls are always delicious, and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially with figuring out the options for the build your own. One of the best places to go for good healthy food.

Really enjoyed Forage Kitchen! Ordered online through the app seamlessly, and worked remotely there for the afternoon. Great environment and delish food. Made my own bowl, but they’ve got some great premade bowls, as well.
