Our third visit and it’s consistently amazing. We recommend the Alabama Chicken BBQ sandwich and soup for the day. Don’t forget to get dessert to go, too. We also recommend sharing the sandwich unless you want leftovers.

Ordered a sandwich and soup but realized I didn’t get a side. I asked about it and they said they switched out my side after I spent an additional $2 on an uncharge for an additional side. Yet i lost that money, When they really should have given me both. I also got a dessert and for $25 it’s a bit much. Especially since I waited 20 mins for a to go order.

Exceptionally clean restaurant with outstanding food and top-notch service. This has quickly become my favorite lunch spot in Maryville. I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who clearly enjoy their work, which set a positive tone right away. The menu offers over 25 handcrafted sandwiches and a great variety of sides, providing something for every taste. As a picky eater, I truly appreciate the range of options—there’s always something new to try without it ever feeling repetitive. Highly recommend!

Went in for lunch today and ordered off the website. Easy to navigate and your food is ready and waiting with no line. You pick up at the kitchen window. I got the meatloaf melt with fried onions, pimento cheese, sweet peppers and mayo. It was a flavor explosion of southern staples. The meatloaf is excellent and fried onions are a nice touch. Pimento cheese is a good complement to the meatloaf. Really a tasty sandwich. The coleslaw was outstanding as well. All packaged in takeout Tupperware with a pickel. A very nice southern treat for lunch. A little pricey but high quality food. It’s a little difficult to find in the back. A very steep hill in and out of the parking lot. I reccomend ordering online for takeout as it’s always busy. I highly recommend Foothills Milling Cafe for good food and great staff.

I really enjoyed my visit today to Foothills Milling Cafe at its new location. I got the red pepper tomato gouda bisque and a bacon cheddar scone and both were excellent. They were very quick to get my order out as well.
I also got a cold brew. They had several different coffee syrups flavors available to choose from, including a few sugar free options.
They said they were serving a limited menu for now, but they had a large amount of offerings- it didn’t feel limited at all. I can’t wait to see what they may offer in the future.

Bread was a little too hard. I got the veg sandwich. Other than that it was amazing and I will be back. The goat cheese spread and everything else was to die for. So glad to have a great food option because there are not many in Maryville.
