Muhammed Zubair and Muhamed Irfan Malik went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They were attentive, incredibly polite, and gave us great recommendations from the menu. It is rare to find staff who genuinely care about the customer experience as much as they do.
If you visit, definitely ask for them. They are a true asset to the team! We will be coming back soon.
THE BEST BIRYANI I’VE EVER HAD.
I’ve travelled north, south, east and west — and the search for a truly authentic biryani finally ends here.
If you want to know what real, authentic biryani is supposed to taste like, this is the place.
About a 10–15 minute drive from Masjid An-Nabawi صل الله عليه وسلم, Food Master sits quietly in a calmer residential district, away from central hotel areas.
Family seating is available upstairs, and orders are taken quickly.
What arrived was not only authentic, but genuinely exceptional.
The biryani was rich in aroma, spicy as requested, a visibly noticeable fusion between masala and rice, deeply satisfying — the kind that makes you slow down just to appreciate every bite. But this went a step further with soft flavoursome potatoes! Not to mention the portion size, which was on the ‘generous’ end of the scale.
The chicken karahi was outstanding too, the tenderness of the chicken, the taste, the seemingly unique ingredients and style— easily the best I’ve had this side of the world.
I was really surprised how one joint can get two famous dishes so deliciously right, but it really was just that good.
Even with a few drinks, the total was just over 50 SAR, which only makes the experience even better.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
If you love karahi — and especially if you love biryani — no matter where you’re from:
You have to try Food Master!
More over we have been very disappointed with the cleanliness of the eating space. No cleaning actions are taken for the next customer after the previous customer has eaten in the same space.
VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE NOWADAYS!!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to Irfan. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. Irfan was very courteous, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience.
The food was delicious, well-presented, and served promptly. Every detail—from cleanliness to customer care—was handled with great attention. Irfan made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive.
Overall, this restaurant offers great food and exceptional service. Special thanks to Irfan for making our visit memorable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
Ordered butter chicken and turns out the taste is DELICIOUS! As far as I know, here in Medina and maybe everywhere in Saudi (cmiw), it’s amazing.
As I expected, the small portion is enough to feed 2 Asian stomachs like us. The butter chicken came with 3 pcs of paratha bread and a cup of sauce (?) the green liquid tastes like cimicurry or coriander leaves with some herbs (sour and fresh).
We ordered karak chai. I personally like it, but my husband doesn’t feel so. They came without sugar, and you can add sugar as much as you liked it.
All staff were super nice and helpful. The price is affordable, the place is quite clean and nice.
Overall, i highly recommended it and maybe wanna try another menu insyaallah.
Service is very good and staff is very cooperative and helpful.
This restaurant is located little bit away from the Masjid e Nabawi area and required taxi or public transport to reach there. Parking is an issue when you visit on peak hours.
