I stopped going here about 2 years ago because every morning I would go in and the employee would tell me all about how terrible other employees were. I don’t even know these people. It also started taking longer and longer to get my shakes. I don’t think it should take 15-20 minutes to make a shake.. I’m also wondering how bins of ice sitting out with no lids is sanitary but I don’t know the “rules” and I can honestly say I don’t know if it is still the case. Granted, these things are easily fixable and I’m only one customer however, what has lost my business permanently and indefinitely is the way the business owner is handling competition. Very unprofessional and embarrassing.
