Luxe Dance Designs Thrilling Thursdays
We were just walking around the pier and saw the sign for lunch and decided to try it out. We came in right when the restaurant opened and everything was neat and clean.

The hostess warmly greeted us and seated us quickly. Our server, Jay, patiently explained everything to us as it was our first time. He was very nice and really made our experience special. He is quick and serves everyone with the same bright personality.

The salad bar was clean and well maintained. Everything was kept at the right temperature and freshly cut.

Thank you Jay for serving us today! We really enjoyed our time and are looking forward to coming back soon!

Marina was like a general rounding her soldiers.
She was incredibly attentive and kind despite the rush of customers. We come here all the time and Marina introduced herself as the new GM, which we were so happy to hear. We love Fogo and are excited to continue coming back for our weekend date nights. The bartenders and employees continuously keep a warm atmosphere( you just can’t help but make friends at the bar) their lamb chops are the best pre run fuel.

I forgot who was in this location before but thank God Fogo moved in. Looking forward to the impeccable leadership and wonderful live music!

I had one of the best experiences at Fogo. It’s right by the beach, in front of the Santa Monica Pier. The food was incredible, the live music was a perfect touch,and the service was outstanding. The quality of the food, especially the high-end meats, was top-notch. It truly felt like a dream being by the ocean and enjoying

Totally effortless. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
You already know the food at Fogo is going to be good—the Picanha is undefeated and the market table is always fresh. That’s a given. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
But the reason to come to the Santa Monica location specifically is the vibe, and more importantly, the service.
We had Charles looking after us, and honestly, the guy is a pro. He operates on a different frequency. He wasn’t hovering, but our glasses were never empty and the cuts we wanted just sort of appeared. It was smooth, intuitive, and totally stress-free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you want a chaotic dinner, go somewhere else. If you want the evening handled by someone who actually knows what they’re doing, ask for Charles’s section. He elevates the whole experience without making a big deal out of it.

This was my first time at this restaurant for a Christmas dinner with a cousin and my daughter. We had made reservations and it’s highly recommended that you do so. After arriving at the restaurant we waited as we were told that they needed to clear tables. About 20 minutes later we were seated and we requested not to sit outside. We had a great location in the back in a booth. Our server Zack who took our order was really attentive and cheerful. However after our drinks were served that’s where the problems arise. There was one other couple who were even in the corner booth next to us. When the server would come with me he would only serve them and spin off without asking if we were interested. Came with different cuts of me but never offered it to my table my cousin became very upset and spoke to one of the servers who said he would bring by the filet cooked to medium. When the server came back with the fillets telling her it was medium the meat was actually well done. On top of that she had also ordered an additional crab cake which didn’t come to the table till an hour into the service. It’s very unfortunate that the service was so shotie. The cuts I was able to try we’re very flavorful however they never brought the lamb chicken or anything else to the table only ribeye and filet and that’s if you caught the guy that chose to service. We brought it up to management Who removed the crab cakes and 1 of the 4 meals. I feel upset and taking advantage of for paying for meal that was over $300 and did not get any of the meat. Hopefully this is just a location thing the floor manager came to our table however by the time they decided to tell all of the servers to come by to offer us cuts of me we had already decided we wanted our bill. The service was all over the place and I didn’t attribute it to just it being Christmas service. We confronted one of the servers who consistently failed to offer us any food and he looked at us and then went away again not offering us anything. They did offer us a gift card however I am questionable about that. That was my first time there along with my daughter and it was crazy to know that we’re going out to eat again right now because we weren’t full from the original meal.

Love Jeremy he’s super accommodating and kind make sure to request for him! Food was amazing we got the tomahawk and a fed three person. Also, the fish was great salad bar was awesome! Inside has live music we had our pup at patio. Chairs and Atmosphere were amazing we caught sunset as well. My family had a wonderful evening after walking around the beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! This was my first time here and we were there for a little birthday lunch, and what an experience! Highly recommend doing the experience while you are there- they have a buffet to go get all your sides and then they come around to the table with all different kinds of meat: bacon wrapped chicken, lamb, filet, ribeye, etc. The drinks were amazing and the service was phenomenal. And the key lime pie was great too!

LOVED this place!

It was my first time at the Santa Monica location (I’d been to the Beverly Hills one many moons ago), and it did not disappoint.

The ambiance was wonderful – once evening settled in, the lights dimmed and created such an intimate, cozy atmosphere for my birthday dinner. ✨

The service was truly my favorite part. Every server was kind, attentive, and thoughtful, while also giving us the perfect amount of space to simply enjoy the experience together.

The food arrived at just the right temperature, with generous portions that were absolutely delicious.

I’ll definitely be coming back again whenever I can!

Went recently had the enhanced experience brought a friend was prob like 76 before tax a person for that ofc, ive been to fogos quite a few times my first time at this location, the food was decent.

The service was very mediocre for this kind of chain of restaurant in my opinion granted i did go midday, one of my servers was who was in the kitchen was cool the other one that was more of a busboy was kind of weird until he seen i was paying.. place was filthy when you look at the bottom of the tables there was food and trash and gunk all on the lining and it was on all the ones i seen, grab a broom and clean that up for christ sakes and then get on your hands and knees and clean them, i run a few establishments myself and i cant stand when people cut corners especially at a place of this stature..

Overall my experience was mid, probably wouldn’t return no time soon, i tipped 20 dollars on a 176 dollar bill and tbh that was generous in my opinion considering the very mediocre service that day.

Clean up in that place a bit scrub everything, place is disgusting i should call health inspectors.

I came here for my boyfriend’s birthday, and unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our experience. The service was slow and not very attentive, and the meat didn’t come around often. For a special occasion, we expected way better.
Especially because I know how good the Dallas locations are the quality and service there are completely different. Santa Monica just didn’t meet that standard at all.
I hope they improve, because Fogo can be amazing when done right.
