We had a great experience at Fogo de Chão at Providence Place Mall. The food is always amazing, but what really made this visit stand out was the outstanding service from Gerardo.
He was incredibly attentive and constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. He made sure the meats were cooked exactly how we liked and kept coming back to our table to make sure everyone was taken care of. His attention and professionalism truly made the experience even more enjoyable.
We often come here with our whole family, and since we have people of different ages in our group, it’s one of those places where everyone always enjoys themselves. The atmosphere is beautiful, the setup is very nice, and the food is consistently excellent.
Highly recommend this restaurant, and big kudos to Gerardo for his exceptional service.

Salad bar 5 stars, we went early because it was a must try. Our waitress was amazing, and attentive, the steaks were good the first come around, the second some were over cooked. The chicken was really flavorful, and i really enjoyed it. The lamb on the other hand was extremely gamy and i did not enjoy it. The top sirloin was buttery, the rib eye was juicy, the filet first round was rare, which i do like, but second time very well done. First server also attentive, but the second acted as if i was not present until a comment was made. Over all a decent experience.

The salad bar alone is incredible — so fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with options that could easily be a full meal on their own. The staff was beyond attentive and friendly, making sure our table always had what we needed without ever feeling rushed.
The quality and quantity of the food were outstanding — every cut of meat was cooked to perfection and served with care. You can really tell that Manager Lucas knows how to run this place. Watching how smoothly everything operates, from the servers to the kitchen, was genuinely impressive.

I celebrated my birthday with lunch at Fogo de Chão and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere had a comfortable, welcoming ambiance. The only small disappointment was that the buffet was more like a salad bar with limited options, but the overall quality of the meal and service far outweighed that. Their desserts were the perfect ending, and everything truly felt worth the price. I’ll definitely be coming back

I am absolutely in love with everything about this place. The staff is awesome, the food is phenomenal, and its honestly not too expensive once you are here and understand whats going on. Also, its my 21st birthday today and Xavier as well as some other staff members were very helpful in navigating what to get and making me feel special on my birthday!

I came in tonight and decided to forgo my usual plans just to enjoy a good meal — and I’m so glad I did. Our waitress, Emily, was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly nice, very attentive to details, and had such a great sense of humor that really made our night. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.
The steak was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and relaxed. Everything from the service to the food made it well worth the visit. Huge thanks to Emily and the team for such an enjoyable evening — I’ll definitely be coming back!
