4 Stars – Convenience and Atmosphere Are Key

The Foggy Goggle is an absolute must visit if you’re in the area, less for a culinary pilgrimage and more for the quintessential mountain experience it offers. While the food and service were both perfectly fine (good, but not necessarily outstanding), what truly makes this spot a landmark is its unbeatable atmosphere and prime location.
This isn’t just another ski-town eatery; it’s a social hub. The place has a palpable buzz, a well-earned popularity that makes it feel like the heart of the action. Whether you’re sliding off your skis right outside the door for a quick lunch or settling in for a drink, the convenience is unmatched.

The Foggy Goggle embodies that classic, lively ski-lodge vibe. It’s one of those places that’s well-known for a reason, it’s where everyone gathers. If you’re looking for a lively scene, a convenient spot to recharge, and an atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of the mountain, you have to stop by. You go for the location and the vibe, and you stay because it simply feels like the right place to be.

The food was mid but axe throwing was fun! I made a perfect bullseye which was fun. It was a great place to hang out with friends! Service was also good. Overall a decent place. The chicken tenders were mid at best. The arcade was very mid, only old games were available. The salad was very bad and dry do not recommend. There is a pool table which was cool.

Love the Foggy !! Have to get the Nachos when you Visit. I don’t think Me & My Buds ever fully finished a set Off because there’s so much. Beers are around $7 & Food is Pricey. That’s the Only Down Fall

Really neat spot to kick back and take a break from skiing. Fill up on some food, have some drinks and enjoy some music and fun.

Nachos are good and huge!

If you’re looking for a quiet place this is not it

There aren’t many places to eat in the area, so we ended up here when we were in town for the weekend.

It’s park of the ski resort. The setup is nice with a large outdoor patio overlooking the ski slopes. There is live music at night in the summer.

The food wasn’t good. We got the Pit Pulled Beef Sandwich. The meat was incredible dry and lacked flavor. There wasn’t much sauce or cheese on it. The chips that came with it were good.

The bar setup seemed pretty good. It seems like a good place to come for a drink, but I wouldn’t recommend the food.

Awesome people, terrible service (meaning just slow, low effort, low thought, but friendly). No excuses for 10 times in a row just being low staffed, bad process. Eventually you need to fix this. Patience is just about over. Time to say goodbye to our family trip.

The over the top nachos were insane! There was no way to finish them. The Bavarian pretzel sticks were on point. The overall vibe is very lodge-esque. Great place to grab a bite with the kids on lunch from mountain adventure camp.

I’m giving 3 stars because of pricing and food quality, but as I have found over the years, ski resorts sell a lot of over priced “bar food” but you’re there for the ambience and the slopes. We’ll try Helen’s tomorrow.

We came for drinks and the bouncer pulled me aside and forced me to present my credit card, school ID and my actual drivers license. He then proceeded to tell me to sign a paper and would not elaborate on what the paper was intended for. After I reluctantly signed it, he expressed that it was incase I was actually not 21 and got hurt, so they would not be held liable. I have never felt more degraded in my life. It was evident my ID was legit, and they dismissed me. I will not be returning.

Make sure to text ahead from the website to reserve a table. Got a table faster this year than that at any point in the past before covid… And no wandering around in your ski boots asking people if they’re leaving. Texted ahead from the top of the mountain and they had a table ready by the time you we got down. Tables are nicely spaced out and patrons are following protocols. They are keeping groups outside until there is room for them to be seated. They are seating groups in both the goggle and foggy brews.
