Such a great place!!! 8 people in our initial group took the Tower Tour DON’T MISS THIS!!! Sean was FANTASTIC and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Lots of stairs, 10 steps at a time and loads of info at the top of each 10!! Rented Concourse C for our son’s Birthday. I did not understand it wasn’t “a room”, however, it was PERFECT for our group of about 30 people, 1st floor, plenty of seats/tables, easy for guests to find us!! Food was wonderful and very reasonably priced!!! Will definitely go back – even without a party plan!! Our tour ended in time to enjoy some Happy Hour as well!! Just couldn’t be better!!

While we waited for my brother to get into town, my sister and I decided to check out this place. The place was beautiful on each floor and had great vibes. The staff here were all friendly and helpful.

We played darts which was challenging, but super fun! While playing, we had drinks and each one was really good. We had a Naughty List seasonal cocktail, Bermuda Triangle classic cocktail and Green Tea shots.

Adrienne (sorry if misspelled) checked us in and she gave insightful information. Both bartenders, Laura and Twanyai provided great service and had amazing energy even with a busy bar.

Beautiful Spot!
FlyteCo Tower is such an iconic landmark for the Central Park community. The location is unbeatable, and the atmosphere they’ve created in the old tower is fantastic. However, while the “vibes” are 10/10, the restaurant side of the operation feels like it’s in need for a good chef advices.

The Coffee House side of the building is where they are truly winning. The coffee is excellent, and their matcha is easily the best in the area—rich, whisked well, and high quality. I really hope they consider adding a full breakfast menu to this side soon; it would be a game changer for the neighborhood.
On the lunch menu, the Bison Burger was the standout flavorful and cooked well.
Unfortunately, the rest of the food didn’t quite hit the mark,
Beef Steak Sandwich: The meat felt “old” or lacked freshness, resulting in a tough, disappointing texture.
Chicken Wings: These were a bit of a mess. They were so heavily doused in sauce that it felt like a “more is more” approach from the kitchen. We actually had to use napkins to wipe off the excess sauce just to eat them.
Service; We ordered via the phone app, and while the food arrived quickly, the “hospitality” was missing. Servers passed by our table multiple times without noticing empty water glasses or offering refills.
FlyteCo Tower has everything it needs to be the premier destination in Central Park the community adore this spot , but the restaurant side needs some refined management and professional chef oversight. With a few tweaks to food quality control and more attentive floor service, this could easily be a 5-star local staple.

Sean gave us a fun, knowledgeable tour of the building and the history of Denver aviation. I didn’t know we were the home to so many firsts in the airline industry. The food at Flyteco Tower is excellent and we had a great time.

Cool location, lots of fun attractions, and the food was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our waiter never let our cups get empty before he refilled them. He asked if it was our first time there and we explained we’re just visiting from out of state. Despite knowing we’d likely not be return customers, he took time to tell us all about the place and explain the menu and even worked to reduce our price when we customized a burger with one less patty.

For such a fun event center (I saw business meetings being held there) I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The fries were perfectly crispy (not overly greasy), the broccoli cut and steamed well, the JumboJet burger was the perfect combination of flavors (even the pickles were perfectly cut, crisp & flavorful). We even got to meet the chef and chat a bit. He is passionate (and clearly talented) in what he does!

The only negative thing I can say is that their website advertised a kids eat free deal with the price of an adult entree on Wednesdays but when you arrive they only give one option for the free kids meal and it’s a butter noodle pasta dish. So the advertising is misleading.

I would highly recommend this as a place to eat, play, hang out, or visit.

This review is for the tower tour. My coworkers and I have been to Flyteco many times but not for a while. I remember a couple years ago being sad it was very hard to get up to the top. Imagine our surprise to find there are now several tours of the old ATC tower per week! For the price we expected to basically get walked up to the top and allowed a few minutes to take pictures.

Sean quickly put that assumption to bed. The tower tour is more of a tour through time of Colorado aviation history with a beautiful view to cap it off. Sean is an incredible guide and his passion shows through in every minute. I immediately texted a half dozen people once we were done to go check it out. It’s so clear that the space is a true labor of love and it’s so wonderful to see someone doing such cool things with it finally. Plus even though it’s eleven stories of stairs, given the relaxed pace and ample stops for stories and pictures I think just about anyone who can climb stairs can do it.

I think anyone who has any interest at all in aviation history or Colorado history should go for the tower tour. A really wonderful experience and worth going out of your way for if you’re visiting town.

The Flight Co. Tower Tour and restaurant was absolutely amazing! I went with a girlfriend and our 11 year old daughters for a night out, and our guide Sean (who also curated the museum and tour) was outstanding, knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely fun. He packed the experience with quirky, fascinating facts about Stapleton and the old flight tower that I had no idea existed. The tour takes place in the original flight tower building, and the base now has a lively restaurant with tons of games and activities, so you can easily make an entire afternoon/evening of it. It’s perfect for families, date night, or a friends’ outing if you’re looking for something unique and off the beaten path in Denver. Highly, highly recommend! Oh, and by the way, we got free mini golf for making a donation to their food drive

We did the FlyteCo Tower tour. It was more than we could’ve imagined. What a walk-through history of flight and social justice.

Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and entertaining with his stories. As we ascended the tower, we were treated to multiple stories of the role that Denver played in the history of Flight.

Can’t wait to come back and see how this historic tower becomes an icon in the Denver attraction scene.

Don’t forget to check out the ax throwing or the food. Do not miss this.

Came for the tower tour, but stayed for the food and drinks. The whole experience was awesome, food and drinks were great, and the highlight was really the tour. Sean is an awesome guide and clearly loves sharing his passion and knowledge with others. Definitely recommending this to friends and others visiting Denver.

My husband found FlyteCo Tower while looking for a restaurant near the airport before we flew home. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there. Such a cool restaurant! So many places that have “experiences” in them have subpar food.. but the food here is honestly some of the best food we’ve ever had at a restaurant! We sat on the third floor where they offer a sports simulator, axe throwing & darts! We so wish we would’ve had the time to do all the activities! You could spend several hours here. Anyways, back to the food! My husband ordered a stout and the cod & fries. I had a bacon cheeseburger and a sprite. Everything was delicious! We shared the 3 cheese bread and wish we could’ve brought some home with us! The sprite was out of syrup and they fixed it immediately. Our waiter was awesome! He had excellent customer service and was good to converse with. Everything came out quickly and fresh. The prices were on par for the quality, too! Next time we are in Denver we will be coming back with plenty of time to do the tower tour and games!
