Great Spot for a Casual Bite and a Drink
We stopped in for a late lunch after a visit to a nearby casino and were pleasantly surprised. It was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, and we were seated right away at the bar. The service was friendly, fast, and attentive throughout our visit.
The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, perfect for unwinding. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh and well-prepared. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes.
The menu is large with plenty of options, including a specialty drink menu that’s worth checking out. There’s also outdoor seating available if you prefer to dine outside.
Bonus points for the cool logo—we liked it so much we ended up buying some merch before we left. All in all, a great experience. We’d definitely come back.

The Flying Pig in Bethlehem? Oh honey… this place is a whole vibe.
The food comes out looking like it’s ready to challenge you to a food coma. BIG, delicious, and worth every bite. The bartenders? Sweethearts who make you feel like you’ve been besties forever (and might just sneak you an extra smile with your drink).
The atmosphere somehow balances “relax and chill” with “I feel fancy, don’t talk to me while I sip my cocktail.” Basically, I found my new spot.
And lucky me I live close enough to waddle back anytime. I want to reclaim my rightful title as the Big Back Queen.

10 out of 10!!!!

We’ve been to this amazing place several times and absolutely love it! The food is always delicious — from the pulled pork sandwich and ribs to the fresh salads and the huge, soft pretzel. There’s a great variety of beers, and it’s the perfect spot to watch sports. The service is consistently excellent — friendly, fast, and welcoming. One of our favorite go-to places

Husband and I stopped for an unplanned lunch today and we’re pleasantly surprised by a nice gastropub serving classic pub fare, and some unique options! I had the fish and chips – a MASSIVE portion in which I had to take more than half home, but enjoyed that for a complete dinner – ultimately getting 2 full meals for the price of one. My Husband got the Trenton burger, and again, was a huge burger topped with many slices of pork roll and a nice CTO egg. It was so big he had to disassemble it, took half home for dinner, and still has enough pork roll for breakfast tomorrow! Service was good, kitchen a little slow, and there was a clear change of staffing while we visited, and there seemed to be a little disconnect. Nothing bad, a lot of clearing of items we asked for – fortunately we were done with them, but we were not asked first.
Pic below is of the Fish and Chips… MINUS the piece I already ate – so this comes with 4 HUGE pieces of cod!

My husband and I tried this place for the first time. There was no wait sat at the bar right away. The bar tender gave us menus right away and took our order. The burgers were delicious and big. We got the loaded nachos as well that was really good too. Food came out very quick didnt have to wait long at all. We will definitely come back here again and try something else. It’s always good to have great service and great food.

Drinks were exceptional. Gummy Bear Martini was one of the best drinks I’ve tasted by far. All of our other drinks were great. Food was very good as well, enjoyed the pretzel (it was huge) and the cheesesteak egg rolls. Would recommend and will have to come back next time in town

The Pig really Flies!
Worth a review? I don’t usually, but The Pig not only rates a google review , but a letter to the owner to praise his choice of (myth?) “another restaurant in this geography – when a pig flies!”) I’m delinquent, given that we’ve been bar stoolers for 2 years for dinner virtually since the opening and our move to Bethlehem.
The staff – from the front, through the amazing, friendly servers, to the quality/likability of the bartenders – incomparable!
The kitchen – we have literally been across the entire old and revised menu and have never been disappointed – huge, quick (if you want it), and delicious.
The management – please, try and find me a more knowledgeable beer sommelier who knows and taps every style and taste preference across an incredibly broad spectrum and works with his bartenders to produce cocktails that are mind blowing. His skills in enhancing the “Bistro” vibe, while ensuring the efficacy of the staff in mixing warmth, speed and service with a smile are second to none!
Clean, sports TV friendly while not overbearing, music (please, just a little more 60’s and 70’s Nate!), family welcoming and very fairly priced are understatements.
We find a “Cheers” with each move and my long global career have brought me to many pubs, diners, all level of restaurants (Michelin to Dives), bistros, bars and cafes – the “Flying Pig” is at the top of my recommendations, for a beer, drink, good food and the answer to “where should we go tonight?

I have been here twice and it is definitely worth trying out. The first time I had the pork chop which was amazing (5 stars). I also had the soup of the day(creamy chicken -5 stars). The second time went was today. I ordered the ribs. I would have given the food 4 stars, but I was disappointed with the ribs. The ribs tasted fine, but the advertise them as a full rack of ribs (10-12 bones), but only served a half rack (6 bones).

While the ribs tasted good, they we over sauces and the smaller half of a full rack of ribs. I would image that might be cost prohibitive to serve the full rack, but if a restaurant advertises a full rack, they should serve a full rack. Don’t get me wrong, the half rack was plenty to eat and I would have take some home like I did with the pork chop a few days prior. The presentation of the food a nice. I did expect more pork items, but I give them kudos that the non-pork selections look pretty tasty. Therefore, there is something for everyone on the menu.

I will go back because the food and place is enjoyable. I’m sure my review of the food would have been different, but for the false advertising on the one item…ribs!

This place is simply fantastic. The food is great, the service is great, staff is personable and kind and the atmosphere is perfect – both indoor and outdoor. The mixed drink menu is full of goodies too. When going somewhere we usually order a few or more items off of the menu and share and pass plates around, and truthfully I can say there was not a single dish I was disappointed in. Everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend the Cuban. Service was not too “in your face” or bothersome, it was timed like clockwork for drink refills and checking in. The only single thing I can think that was suboptimal here is the parking, they have a small lot with about 8 spots, however I’ve found parking in any time I’ve come here, but there’s on street parking very close if it is full.
