My absolute favorite place for coffee, pastries and the most unique gifts! My coffee is the same everytime and that is hard to come by. Don’t even get me started on their made in house pastries! Yum. The baristas are beyond wonderful and always so friendly. A good sign that they love what they do. If I’m ever looking for a gift for someone or myself, I usually check here first. They always have something new and unique for all genders and ages! This is the type of coffee shop that feels like home.

I have had a positive experience every time I’ve come to this location. All the employees are friendly. I usually like getting a drip coffee. Recently tried the Holiday Blend and OMG I love that one! I do prefer light roast myself so it was amazing. Their Ethiopian blend, and I think the Mexican blend, are always good when on drip. The food is WOW! The focaccia is a must have, whatever type they make is awesome. I just tried the cream cheese Danish and holy cow, the cream cheese must’ve been sweetened a bit and it was soooo delicious! The haystacks, sammies, and fritattas are also really good options I like. I usually spend between $10-15 myself here, depending on the size and type of coffee and food option I get. The place is quite in the early morning, and when it’s busy the noise level is moderate but you can still hold a conversation. I love the atmosphere. Good for studying, working, group meets, just hanging out. My personal experience has always been the best here and I love the Flying M Coffee Garage!

Flying M Coffee Garage has been my go-to spot in Nampa for years. The coffee is always strong, smooth, and never bitter — their mochas and lattes are consistently great, and the baristas actually remember regulars. The space itself feels like an old garage turned cozy art studio, with local artwork on the walls and mismatched chairs. They have great selection of pastries that are big in size, and the coffee flavor selection of syrups is a big range. My favorite thing is the upstairs lounge — it’s so nice and cozy, with dim lighting that makes it perfect for studying, journaling, or having long conversations with friends. The Wi-Fi is reliable, there are plenty of outlets, and the atmosphere always feels welcoming. Whether you’re catching up with friends or finishing a paper, Flying M hits that sweet spot between lively and relaxing.

This is a cool little hipster coffee place. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The pastries the drinks and the souvenirs. I loved my matcha latte I’m always happy to hear a coffee shop can make the matcha unsweetened.

Perhaps I came on an off day (speaking for myself)? But I just feel like I’m not the target audience for Flying M…
The frittata was a bit above warm, the London fog was not on par, the cupcake was old and the only decent item was the Swiss Roll. They did a great job on hot cocoa for kiddos, ensuring it wasn’t piping hot, but the decor and vibe of the shop didn’t emanate anything that felt wholly authentic.
The service was fine enough, it just seems the service Flying M provides is not the experience I’m looking for~

Amazing cold brew – great flavor and texture because it’s a nitro cold brew. The cookie was pretty good but the spicy scone wasn’t my fav. Good amount of seating and the windows provide bring natural lighting. Lots of local artists and items to shop from too

Ordered a pecan roll to go. Got to work 10 minutes away and discovered they gave me the wrong item. It happens but very disappointed 🙁

One of my favorite coffee shops in downtown Nampa. It’s a unique vibe with the garage doors that open to provide indoor and outdoor seating. They have a cute little gift shop at the front with a lot of local seller things as well. They have some pastries displayed, not my favorite though. There coffee is always delicious though! The employees have always been nice and helpful to give coffee suggestions.
