Nicole was our server she was fantastic. We had crab stew soup, crab and spinach dip, shrimp basket and a mahi wrap. Food was perfectly prepared with generous portions very reasonably priced.

I remember being 15 working at Chus when this place was being built up lol. I’m 40 now and have finally got to try them . We ordered a to go low country boil with amazing fresh shrimp corn potato and sausage with sides of their tomato salad my late younger brother always raved about.

What an amazing place to eat right near the beach! Their shrimp and grits weee some of the best I’ve ever had. Our waitress was also very kind and helpful. My family also enjoyed their meals very much. Will definitely try to come again.

Service started good but then they got busy and he didn’t ever come back to check on us much. I’m not sure why their server was waiting on 2 completely different ends of the restaurant. The cocktail was super weak (beer probably would have had more ABV %). The burger was delicious so that was the only saving grace (there is an upcharge for cheese and bacon). They didn’t give us chips with the burger like they were supposed to. We asked for a side of cheese grits and they gave us that Instead of the chips but we were charged for it. If you like watching sports they have a ton of large TVs with sports on and a lot of fans.

Stopped in for some yummy crab cakes before the drive back home to South Carolina! Service was top notch! Highly recommend this gem. We sat inside but they have a neat outside section! Super cute. Also connected to a cute store for you to shop before getting your belly full. Huge shout out to Mike and all his wonderful employees!

We found Flying Fish Bar & Grill while on a family beach vacation near Savannah and it quickly became our go to spot. Everything about this place was a win — the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, and especially the service.
Our server Faith was incredible. She was kind, upbeat, and super attentive without being overbearing. She made us feel right at home and gave the kind of service that honestly makes you want to come back. It was clear she genuinely enjoys what she does.
We caught happy hour and were blown away by the deals. The 1/2 pound of shrimp was so fresh and flavorful, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. We could not stop raving about it. The drinks were also amazing, well made, strong, and reasonably priced. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
The vibe was relaxed and beachy with friendly staff and a crowd that made it feel like a true local gem. We loved it so much we came back again before our trip ended.
If you are in the Savannah/Tybee Island area and looking for great seafood, great drinks, and even better service, Flying Fish is the place. It checked every box and made our vacation even more memorable.

Great on place to good during gamedays or non-gamedays! Had some stubborn people at dinner with me that only go to the same 3 restaurants when they visit Tybee, but they agreed it was top 3 of the best seafood they had in their lives. Low Country boil is way better than surrounding restaurants.

No one greeted us so we just sat ourselves. Came here with my bf. Got a $15 burger. Just regular size patty like the size at Burger King. With cheese and fries another +$5. Honestly the burger was ok. Nothing outstanding. A little burnt on one edge, but I like a little burnt. Crinkle cut fries were cold and luke warm when it came out. Cute place.
