This is an amazing hidden gem in Carlsbad. Prepare to be highly impressed with some terrific food. I really loved the menu because it offered many different choices for breakfast. They also serve really good coffee. I decided on the veggie omelette and it was packed with all kinds of very flavorful vegetables. My hash browns were cooked perfectly and topped off with toast. My dining partner had the chicken fried steak option and he said it was delicious. I highly recommend this place for a great breakfast.

We come here almost once a week for date night, and always have a great experience! Best Fajitas in town… best salad bar in town and best staff!! The waitresses are always great and very attentive even when we show up 20 minutes before closing !! Keep up the great work ladies !

Altogether one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve eaten at, and i work at one! The salad bar, was stocked and so fresh and clean! The soup was delicious and hot, and there was a giant brownie cake included with the bar. I got the chicken breast, smothered in onions peppers, mushrooms, and jack cheese, topped with ripe green avocado, moist and tender. Our server was kind and attentive, my grandfather and I were well hydrated and stuffed to the gills before we walked out with smiles.

Caveat we sat at the bar next door so can’t comment on the service specifically in the dining room but service in the bar was excellent. When I see a Prime Rib special I’m going to get it. Was it House of Prime Rib…no….but if you want that go back to SF. Love to see an old school salad bar too and it didn’t disappoint. Bar gets turnt after about 9.
