Flower Child: Healthy Food for a Happy World
Reviews
The restaurant itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe with a warm interior that makes you want to slow down and enjoy your meal. Flavor-wise, the food was solid and satisfying, and we genuinely enjoyed having so many vegetable-forward options for lunch. The cauliflower dishes stood out with good texture and seasoning, and nothing felt overly heavy.
Prices were reasonable for the quality and ingredients, though the portion sizes were on the smaller side. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a nice spot for a light, plant-based meal in a relaxed setting for casual daytime dining.
The service was quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s one of those places where you walk in, feel good, and leave feeling even better after the meal.
If you’re looking for delicious, wholesome food with great service and a nice vibe, Flower Child is definitely worth visiting.
Must-try: Chicken Noodles & Black Bean Wrap
Visit number two… well, it had a little plot twist. I ordered the French Dip, and let’s just say it and I did not become friends. The beef had an off taste, and the arugula had taken on a surprisingly chewy personality—possibly from the heat of the steak, possibly from sheer stubbornness. My friend agreed something wasn’t quite right.
The bright side? Management handled it beautifully. They were gracious, quick to make it right, refunded the meal, and even offered to bring something else out. I didn’t have time to stay, but their response alone earned them another chance.
It’s still a lovely spot with plenty of healthy, appealing options—I’m chalking this one up to an off day and planning a return visit.
Jeremy the GM noticed my daily order and introduced himself and made me feel valued and appreciated.

The staff are all super sweet, attentive and detail oriented.
Only good vibes, taste, and attention here.
I’m thankful that it’s affordable for me so that’s a plus and feels wonderful to have a place I can call myself a regular.
Thanks Jeremy and team for taking such great care of me as I’m super grateful for all of you 🙂
I’d get the queso again, without extra chips.

I ended up with a Diabetic friendly meal at less than $15, the Tofu was nice, Kun Pow Cauliflower was unique taste and quinoa was very nice.
A healthy meal place, enjoyed and will come again!
Thai curry soup is very good.
$7.95 extra for salmon.
Tea is delicious.
Might give them a try again but will never again assume dish ingredients.
