Have not been to any Applebee’s in a very long time. Came here on recommendation and it was I think the best meal and service I have ever had from Applebee’s. Wait staff was exceptional, food came out hot and a very nice large portion where I was full when I left and even the manager was walking the floor checking with tables to make sure everything was to their liking. Exceptional in all areas today!!!!

Our waitress was Kaylee she was sooo rude lowkey mouthy. Had to ask for refills like 4 different times before we got them. Mind you this was a Sunday night. My friend and I’s fries were cold. Didn’t have anyone come to our table for at least 15 minutes after we get our food. Manger gave me a 10$ off for our next order card but I don’t even wanna come back. At least he was nice. Burgers were warm that’s about the only good thing.

Well this was the best chicken nacho I’ve had in a long time! And a big plate full. My husband’s grilled chicken was very juicy and tender with a lot of flavor, the mashed potatoes and green beans were very tasty as well. We also got a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. It was just eh’ , mostly broth. The pretzels and beer cheese were great. And we’re drinking water next time! Pop was well over $3 each! We figured 2 pops with tip was almost $10, yikes!

Extremely slow waitress despite coming in at a slow time, but she had a good attitude which was nice. The strawberry lemonade was flavorless, more like pink water. The spinach artichoke dip was tasty but the chips were stale. The chicken tenders were dry and overcooked to the point I had to remove the breading before eating because it was good hard. My husband’s burger came on a very hard bun and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for a replacement. We will NEVER eat at an Applebee’s again unless they are giving it to us for free and even then it’s questionable!

I don’t think knowing how to read is required. Every single time we have used the car side, we are always missing something, sometimes multiple, or something is not done correctly. For example, tonight I ordered the trio app with the pickle fries, chicken quesadilla, and wonton tacos. Instead of tacos I got the pretzel sticks. It’s not just a few times we’ve had this happen, it’s pretty much every single time. 99% of the time when we order a kids meal, we order a milk for the kids, and they are most of the time forgotten. We are more shocked when the order is actually right. I think McDonald’s has had less errors lately.

Waitress was the rudest and snarkiest person I have ever met. Tried to get her attention several times and were ignored. Made severely very tude comment towards my family who consistently used to eat at this restaurant. We will never return because of the incompetence and rudeness of this waitress. And her manager? Useless. Did absolutely nothing about it. If you’re going to be a waitress, maybe you should be nicer to people. Would love management besides the guy there tonight to contact me about this.

Today was the 9th time in a row that items were missing from our ToGo! I told my husband he MUST check it because they are INCAPABLE of getting it right. He didn’t. They didn’t include our coleslaw AGAIN! I should have gotten dinner from the 19th Hole.
We live at Long Lake. Too far to go back. I even inquired as to the cs coming with the FULL rack of rib dinners and it was repeated back that it was and would be included in my order. I should have said what I wanted, that being “You can’t EVER get this right, could you triple check to be sure our order is complete for the first time EVER!!!!!?” I complained to your manager two orders ago. Apparently it fell on deaf ears. This is ridiculous.

The restaurant wasn’t even busy and we ended up waiting for our food and when we got our food, it was rubbery and room temperature. When we talked to the manager and said we would like it comped, and we weren’t going to eat it she made excuses and said she brought it out as soon as it was ready instead of just apologizing. Don’t treat someone like they are an idiot. Just apologize.
