Unassuming pizza shop with perfect pizza.

Almost hidden amongst the collective of other popular establishments in Brentwood, Flour is truly a standout shop that should not be missed. They serve a variety of pies and slices with quality flavors and ingredients.

I stopped by on a whim with my friend Monday afternoon and we were very impressed. We ordered a truffle and margherita slice with added burrata – both delicious. Where I think Flour truly shines is with their dough, which is the perfect balance between thin/thick.

Looking forward to my next visit!

Excited to add this new pizza place to my Best Pizza in LA list.

This tiny shop packs a big punch with perfectly thin crispy crust and delicious flavor combinations.

I will say their pies are something between a thin NYC slice and an artisanal pie because of the quality of ingredients they are putting on top.

We tried the house, Bianca, spicy salami, and rossa slices. Toppings aside each pie was cooked to perfection with the thinnest crispy crust. No breakage but not overly chewy either.

The shop itself is small so there is only a few places to sit, but I’ll have to admit we were mesmerized watching the chefs cook as we ate.

Really great option for a strong take out pizza/slice in the west LA neighborhood. We hope to see more of Flour in the future!

Absolutely love Flour pizza! I went for the first time a few days ago and got the the House with the burrata and hot honey and the beef pepperoni. I found that the dough was the star of the show. NY style pizza with no flop and a charred crispy consistency with a good chew. The flavors of the House with the hot honey and burrata were perfectly balanced. I personally would order extra burrata next time because it was so delicious.

Overall, a well balanced pizza that has a NYC flavor that is to die for. Highly recommend!

I randomly googled this place for lunch. There are 8 counter seats for eating in. We had our dog with us and hoped to sit outside, but there’s no outdoor seating. We ordered a spicy salami pie to go and just sat next door at Chipotle. The pizza was good, as expected. The pie crust was light and crispy, not doughy. We really enjoyed the thick-cut salami, which was delicious and paired well with the honey drizzle. We will definitely order to go again.

As someone who will always seek out New Haven and NY style pizza, I was excited to see this place as option when visiting LA. The pizza was everything I expected it to be…crispy with great sauce! Now if you aren’t expecting pizza to be like this, I can see how you’d be disappointed as the style is different than your “traditional” slice but I was quite pleased and definitely would go again next time I’m in the area. My only critique is there isn’t a lot of room to eat inside and parking is a pain. But hey, isn’t that true of most places in southern CA?

Delicious pizza! Probably the best pizza we’ve had in LA! We’ve been here twice now (both dine in and take out) and the pizza has been cooked to perfection both times. The crust is crispy and thin and not over filling either which is great.

I believe I also met the owner who was very friendly and helpful when I was ordering.

We’ll be back! 🙂

Great pizza! Thin, crunchy crust, and amazingly fresh ingredients. The place is small with limited seating, better to order to go. Friendly staff. We got the house strach, pepperoni and bianca.

**4.8/5 ✨ Flour’s Scratch Pizza Brentwood: Burrata + Hot Honey = Pure Addiction**

Tucked in the **Brentwood Village** courtyard, **Flour’s Scratch Pizza** is the neighborhood pie palace that ruined all others for me . The **wood-fired oven** (imported from Naples) glows like a dragon’s heart; every pizza emerges blistered, chewy, **00-flour perfection** in 90 seconds flat.

The **burrata & hot honey pie** ($22) is **hall-of-fame level**: San Marzano sauce, fior di latte, **creamy stracciatella burrata** dollops that ooze like lava, finished with **Mike’s Hot Honey** drizzle and basil ribbons ️. Sweet-heat-cream trifecta—first bite = silence, second bite = moan . Crust? Leopard-spotted, **fermented 72 hours**, light yet sturdy enough for folding.

Classics don’t disappoint: **margherita** ($18) sings simplicity; **nduja & ricotta** ($23) brings spicy funk . **Gluten-free** crust ($+4) actually holds up. Starters? **Burrata board** ($16) with balsamic figs, prosciutto, grilled bread—shareable but you won’t want to .

**Vibes**: string lights, communal tables, dog-friendly patio . Service is **Westside warm**—water refills, pizza recs, zero attitude. Only quibble? **Tiny space** (20 seats)—come off-peak or order takeout (still hot in 5 mins). Parking validates 90 mins .

Craft beer list (8 taps), natural wines, and **housemade limoncello spritz** ($12) . Pro tip: add **truffle honey** to any pie for $3—trust me. I’m a weekly regular; my waistline hates me, my tastebuds send thank-you notes. Flour’s isn’t just pizza—it’s **therapy**. Brentwood, you’re spoiled.

I had a pepperoni slice and a sausage slice, ranch and a coke. $24 without tip. The crust is thin and crispy with a thin coat of cheese. Best to eat their while they are hot. By the time I got to the second slice, it had cooled down and the crust started to tighten up. pepperoni was good, nice cup shapes. The sausage was just added to a cheese pizza when it was reheated. It is a strategy to eat the slice without the sausage falling off. The ranch is delicious. The side of rach is $4 and comes in a small mason jar. It was definitely more than what I needed. Maybe have a smaller option in a squat cup at half the price. About 75% of people I heard ask for ranch but passed on it due to size or price. It could also be they may not want you te eat it with ranch but price it for people who really want it.

If I go again, I think I need to order a fresh full pie. It might end up being the same price. Maybe I will try the burrata and honey. I would go again if I was in the area but not sit on the 405 just for it.

Really solid pizza that blends NY style pies with traditional Neapolitan ingredients. The margherita is more of a NY style cheese pizza and the dough was on the thicker side, but the stracciatella slice was a little thinner and less doughy. Very solid overall and the service was great!
