Brought my nephews in for some pizza. They had a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. They really enjoyed it. I have had their white pizza. That is awsome also. They give you enough food. And the prices are reasonable. Service was great. The waitress came back several times to make sure everything was good. I would recommend them.

I would like to give them a four Star, but I was surprised that they were closed on Sunday. I was looking forward to trying their pizza since I had their wings the other night and they were quite good and nice size. I’m very surprised they were closed on a Sunday especially during football season. So when I return in a couple of months I hope I’ll get time to sample their pizza.

Love this pizza better than any other pizza joint if the owner is cooking. Only problem is they don’t keep any meatball toppings in stock hardly ever. But when they do O joy!

Try it…..As a picky Pizza snob from NY, I (mostly) enjoy the pies here….when they are having an “on” day. Service can sometimes be lacking, but I’d say it’s good most times. If they could get service consistent and the pies more consistent, it would be 5/5. It really is baffling that some nights the pies here are great, other times it’s like Hungry Howies bad. (Soft, unfinished crust….center raw…Cool spots maybe in oven????). When they are clicking, it’s hard to beat. Rooting for you guys, you have really good competition down the road in Angelos (Inverness location, other one is terrible) and Angelottis. I would also advise whoever replies to the comments on here to be a bit more professional and remember EVERYBODY checks google reviews these days to help them choose where to go. Giving snarky/sarcastic replies to customers who have had a bad experience at your establishment is probably not the best idea, and I’ll admit it was a bit of a turnoff to see the way you handle/respond to complaints. An apology and an offer of a free medium pie to give you a second shot may have been a sounder, more business oriented response. As a business owner myself, I MANY times bite my tongue w rude and difficult customers. Best of luck to you!

Have to say tried many of pizza joints around the citrus area. Alot of people told my wife an I to try Armonties we did they sucked!!! We where told to try Angelos we did they sucked!! Then Hungry Howie’s again they sucked!!! Got sick of looking for a good pizza joint????. Then one day my wife an I where riding threw Hernando an right across the street from comberland farms we saw Florida Pizza I said what the hell hunny let’s go try this place out can’t hurt?? The only place that had our A REAL PHILLY CHEESE STEAK PIZZA!!!!! AN TO TOP THAT THEY USE REAL PHILLY ROLLS AMAROSA ROLLS!!! FOR HOGIES!!! AN PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS!!! & If you call ahead they will even make you a Sicilian Pizza. My wife & I have tried that one also. We give Florida Pizza a 9 out of 10 but only because they don’t have DEEP FRIED PANZEROTTIS!!!!!!!!

Have been there on several occasions and have has several of their menu items. Everything i have had has been great. I have also had things delivered to my home. It was in a timely manner and the food was still hot upon arrival. I would recommend this resturant.

We stopped in on Friday night 3-16-18 it was 8:35pm, doors were open & music was playing. There were 4 tables in there with people sitting at them … The girl at the front counter looked at us & we looked at our watch & asked if it was ok to still come in an order because they didn’t close until 9pm. Her reply to us, “well I just put 3 orders in & I dont know if you will get your food or not before we close” I looked at my husband & then her & I said, “ok thanks goodbye” as we were walking out the door she said she was sorry. We walked down to Green Valleys & ordered our food, paid, & was out by 9:05pm … As we walked back by the Florida Ave Pizza the doors were still open, music was still playing, & people were still in there… We really wanted to try the pizza but honestly after this experience we will not … I will spend my money where you are not treated like your a burden.
