A hybrid of pub, pizzeria & Polish-American restaurant, with a casual industrial-style setting.

Flo & Santos is definitely in my top 3 spots for thin crust pizza in Chicago. The crust is exactly how it should be- crispy and truly thin, not that thick “thin” some places try to pass off. True Chicagoans will know what I mean! They’re generous with toppings, the service is always quick, and the bartender is super friendly and attentive, never letting our drinks run dry. A perfect neighborhood spot that keeps us coming back. Also some of the best onion rings I’ve ever had!

A half Italian, half Polish restaurant speaks to me on a spiritual level. Pierogi were awesome, although the applesauce was a little thin and veered closer to savory than sweet. The speciality pizza – a BBQ chicken pie – was delicious. The wings were fine, not bad at all but not remarkable. Service was friendly but there were long breaks in between seeing our server. Sports bar vibes, tons of beers on tap. Cocktails have some unique flavor combos, along with some classic offerings

Flo & Santos has such a cool mix of Chicago and Polish comfort vibes. The thin-crust pizza is crispy and flavorful, with just the right balance of sauce and cheese, while the pierogi add a unique, hearty twist you don’t see everywhere. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a beer, split a pizza, and still sneak in something a little different from the usual menu. The atmosphere feels relaxed but lively, making it great for casual dinners or catching up with friends. It’s fun, satisfying, and very Chicago in its own way.

Beer, Pizza, and Pierogi, need I say more?
If you’re looking for some authentic polish food, you’ve come to the right place. The food is delicious and the beers are imported. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is a clash between a dive bar and sports bar, just right! Grab some friends or family and have a good time!

A great sports bar with quality food. Two spacious bars. They have a fantastic outdoor space between the buildings that doubles the seating.

A great place to watch a Bears game!
Always welcoming! Highly recommend the Buffalo Bill’s pizza, a true game changer. If you’re into craft beer, huge variety (One of the best spots to grab a pour of Bourbon County).
A good amount of seating, but they def get packed. Totally worth the wait though.

Phil’s hot heat. Whipped ricotta, pepperoni, hot honey. Honey was not very spicy, pepperoni was good, didnt see any ricotta unless it’s under the other cheese. Was looking forward to contrast between heat and ricotta, got no heat and no ricotta instead. Crust was good and crunchy. 27 dollars.

JJ the bartender is the least inviting bartender my group has ever encountered. He was rude from the moment we sat down and seemed to only want to complain about his job and how hard he had to run that night. The manager didn’t seem to care about the low level of service being provided. Seems like they only want to keep their loyal locals and newcomers are unwelcome.

Came in with zero expectations, left wanting to come back immediately. Awesome tavern style pizza and really delicious Polish food. We got the Marcos Italian Beef pizza and Polish sampler. Cozy atmosphere and really kind staff. Has a great neighborhood feel to it. Highly recommend!
