Ouch!!! Not much here to write home about. Cashier barely let me get out the word burger & was met with “anything else”, no onions, “anything else. The saving grace was the expeditor was super friendly. The Blue Burger I’m going to assume was made incorrectly. Was to have blackened seasoning, no seasoning was on it. The tots were super hot & fresh but no salt or seasoning. The grilled cheese was overpriced at $10. Order came out fast. Every table was dirty, no napkins in the napkin holders. If this wasn’t free, I wouldn’t eat it.

I was in the area and looking for a local place for food. Figured I would check out the casino and a security guard at the entrance recommended this place.
I was thinking about a chicken salad but being in Philadelphia I was considering the cheesesteak. George was taking my order and said he would personally recommend it and I was not disappointed. It was fun talking with him since no one was behind me in line and the cooks were friendly as well with a positive attitude.
I was expecting to take some home but t it didn’t last that long because it was so good.
Then met some other nice people there.

We were ordering our food this afternoon. The cashier can’t even take order, took him more than 5 minutes to take a 4 items order, he was yelling back to me, “one at time ” rude with no manner at all. Maybe he thought that we were there to bother him or something, or maybe that’s their customers service they could provide. The management needs more training for this gentleman. And this was not the first time I have seen this gentleman yelling at other customers.

The people that worked here on 11/16 around 6 pm are going to need a raise. Two people on the cash registers and one of the people cooking in the front handled disoriented/rude customers with so much patience. Whatever they are currently making is not enough to deal with the amount of disoriented/rude customers that came through this place in the short amount of time I was there.

dumbest idea of a “restaurant” had to help my grandma order her own food on a screen, while the 10 idiots behind the counter just stood and watched. food is mediocre and the place can’t even splurge on fountain soda.
