Joseph a big shout out to you. Your personality and your help was 10 out of 10. Thank you for bringing me out warm bread sticks to snack on while I waited for my to go order. I ordered the 10 peice wings half lemon pepper and have mild buffalo. Also an order of fries. The kitchen staff also a big thanks my food is delicious. I forget about this place being 5 minutes from my house. It is rare I eat out because I cook all of our meals. But I will be back for sure soon. Joseph again, thank you for your hospitality and customer service when I walked in the door today Wednesday 8-27-2025. I brought my order home and everything is 10 out of 10.

The service deserves a 6! The employees here are always helpful when you have questions and don’t rush the customers. They’re happy to help me figure out the best deal for the combination of items I like.
The chicken is excellent and the fries are good. I tried a breadstick for the first time tonight and it was really great! It was kind of a mix between a breadstick and a soft pretzel. Yummy!
Both the young man behind the counter and one of the kitchen staff went out of their way to help me get everything to my table and then took my trash for me (I use a cane).
Excellent experience!!! Thank you for being one of the few places where the employees seem to actually care that diners have a good experience.

They are kind, helpful and their food is amazing!!! Highly recommend. They are open to you trying their sauces, but we recommend flip n gold and honey bbq!

This place was amazing. I had the Chicken Wrap with the Flipn Hot sauce and it really was one of the best chicken wraps I have ever had. Not only that, but it was served with a mountain of fresh fries and was big enough to share. The Flipn Hot is spicy, but not unreasonably so. I’ll be bumping it up to their hottest next I come.
My wife and daughter split the chicken salad, no sauce, with honey mustard for the dressing. Honey mustard is quite sweet, too much so for my taste, but my wife and daughter enjoyed it. The bread sticks were the biggest let down. They were so garlicky that they had a bitterness to them. Other than that though, the bread sticks were buttery and soft and very nice.
I highly recommend and will be returning sooner rather than later. Definitely can’t beat the value for your money.

11/10, one of my favorite restaurants!! This has the best wings around, and everything on the menu is so delicious. Service is always on point, and Joseph who works there is the best. He’s the definition of good customer service, super nice person and brought out lots of free samples for my family, including donuts for us because I’m about to leave to go back to college tomorrow, and everyone we saw come in was treated with the same kindness and generosity. He was also so knowledgeable on the whole menu. Overall an awesome experience every time.

My youngest celebrated his birthday here and it was our first time visiting. We ordered family pak that came with choice of wings or tenders but not both. That was a bummer cause I would have loved to try both half wings and half tenders. Unfortunately, we ordered the tenders, which came out promptly and cooked golden and crispy on the outside, and they were moist and looked delicious but lacked any seasonings from our tasting! The sauce comes by default on the tenders, but I had requested it on the side since we had multiple sauces. Fries ordered separately came hot and seasoned! I split another order of wings with my oldest son, and the same result… no seasoning. The sauces were good, though . On the side came celery, and carrot sticks and drinks had to be ordered separately as well. Overall, I didn’t find that it matched up to some of the “best wings” titled ratings and reviews. They better hope Raising Canes don’t come here to Charlotte!!

I got a chicken wrap with medium Buffalo sauce, fries, and a drink. It cost around $15, which is a little pricey, but what isn’t these days? There was definitely enough food for one person, and the wrap had plenty of chicken in it, so I don’t feel like I got ripped off.
If you like spice, I would recommend going to the hot Buffalo because the medium was more like a mild.

Raw flimsy chicken. Couldn’t eat it. The sauce made the tenders soggy. First time customer and this definitely disappointed me.

First time ordering pick up since I was out. When I got home order was clearly wrong(looks like boxes were wrong since I did get the right sauce and veggies) I called to inform them of the mix up and was right away told that I got my order as well as someone else’s…which as pictured is not the case since I paid extra for all flats. They offered to remake it which I agreed to for a future date. Then I got a call were they asked me to bring the food back…as if I’m gonna keep a giant bag laying around.Food quality is honestly not bad which is why it’s not a 1 star review. Young lady who reached out seemed a bit nervous so I’m assuming it was someone else requesting her to reach back out and make the unorthodox request.
