Amazing food and service. We ordered the Fried Cheese triangles,The New Yorker Hotdog with Onion rings and the Smashburger Grilled Cheese with fries. Everything was excellent and I look forward to trying more of the many great options on the menu.

First impression of menu was it’s a great value. Two of us ordered cheese wedges, bbq flatbread, bacon jam dog and a beer and water. Food was all hot and very good. Service not so good. Michele C. brought our food and never came back. Had to hold the empty beer up until someone else brought it. Needed a water refill during most my meal and a ranch. When I nicely explained to her that she needed to come back and check on a table half way through she told me “Not to critique her.” Someone came over and didn’t say anything but she could get me a water. The meal was over. Won’t go back I don’t spend my money at a place that doesn’t appreciate my business! Restaurants don’t last very long there and it’s usually management.

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I went in with three allergies – wheat, gluten, and dairy. I assumed there wasn’t much I could choose from and I was fine with that. What I did not expect was the waitress and two people working in the kitchen, to go out of their way to switch out cooking materials, gloves, and double check all ingredients and seasonings to make sure I could safely eat my food.
I ordered a burger without a bun or cheese. Expecting this to be bland and sort of sad looking like most restaurants, I didn’t have high expectations. AGAIN, they went above and beyond. They brought me what looked like an already-on-the-menu speciality dish. It was substantial, beautiful, and tasted AMAZING. (Ordered: patty, with grilled onions & jalapeños, sriracha aioli and fries)
I’ve been to restaurants where other people had allergies or needed modifications. Largely it’s either adequate, below-average food and service. I have no issue with this typically since it’s not business as usual. But this restaurant didn’t meet the bottom line – they went above and beyond.
The atmosphere was also great and fun. We were able to play pool, darts, and kids could select their own song playlist.
We had a party of 8, which was handled flawlessly.
I had such a great experience that I want this to be a new little tradition every time I come into town to visit my family each month.
Go to this restaurant. Patronize this business. They deserve success.

First time in and I have to say we really enjoyed our lunch. I ordered the southern BBQ burger with onion rings my wife had slaw burger with onion rings. Food and service was great! Will have to do it again maybe next time play a game of pool. Plenty of seating, very clean.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this place was. It’s both a family restaurant and a bar with the darts, pool and such in the back. The hot dogs were very filling and large portions with the dog itself snapping from a crisp casing! I would say 10/10 definitely come give it a try

My second visit to Flights and Bites in Fayetteville was disappointing. I ordered the Chicago dog again and, as with my first visit, the bun seemed cold. When I politely mentioned it, the situation was handled poorly. Both owners came at me, and the interaction felt very unprofessional. I was told this might not be the restaurant for me, so I will not be returning.
After the confrontation, I did not eat the hot dog or the rest of my meal. I did, however, leave a tip for my waitress, who had been kind and professional throughout. I sincerely hope she received the full amount, as the food itself should have been removed from the bill.
This experience was especially frustrating because my first visit had been mostly positive. The hot dog itself was grilled well, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and my waitress was open to feedback. I am not someone who looks to complain and usually only leave positive reviews. This is a rare exception. As a disabled veteran retired from the Air Force, I value respect and courtesy. I really wanted to love this place, and Fayetteville needs good restaurants, but how concerns are handled matters just as much as the food.
