Very nice for pastries & pastel de natas. Coffee isnt that great – but the place has so much potential. Amazing sunlight and NEW furniture in their sitting area. Has the potential to directly compete w Black River Roasters if they added more money and effort into coffees. Should add more specialities, betters cups, latte art, etc.

I’ve been to this bakery before and it’s always really good. The pastries are fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly. Definitely a spot I keep coming back to. The pastéis de nata were perfectly flaky with a warm, creamy center — not overly sweet.” Really good place.

Such a cute little shop. We had a delicious Portuguese pastry called a nata? Great cappuccino and sat on the bay window area. Highly recommend.

My husband and I alone with a few other family members were so excited when we heard about a Portugese bakery opening up in the area. We visited today and absolutely loved it! We got a tosta mista, toasted bread with butter, a few lattes, and a few pastries to go. The owners were very friendly and we loved that we could we bond over our Portuguese nationalities and love for our food. They also sell a few Portuguese items that are difficult to find unless you drive to Newark which is over 45 minutes from where we live. The decor is spot on with a cool lounge area in the back. We will definitely be coming here often!

This is ideal for people who want a relaxing vibe or WFH! I can’t wait to try more things on the menu! The owners are also so sweet and welcoming!!

My family and I really enjoyed this cafe. We had pork cutlet sandwiches, bifana and tosta mistas and they were all delicious. The cinnamon roll cappuccino was really good as were the lattes. It’s nice to have a Portuguese cafe close to home.

Fantastic spot for a taste of Portugal ❤️, especially if you’re not in the Newark area! I ordered myself a galão (latte) and pastries to go (pasteis de nata, caracol de amêndoa, croissant de chocolate, bola de Berlim). Their seating/lounge area is beautiful and the color scheme takes on the traditional Portuguese tile work – blue and white with yellow accents. Highly recommend!
