Flavors Famous was much better when it was Black owned. The mild sauce is no longer a Chicago mild sauce just a regular barbecue sauce. Fries were soggy, chicken is not seasoned and it’s wet. Gyro was terrible. If you are a fan of gyros don’t get one from here. New management has no idea how to make any Chicago style food. Tried to overcharge for meals and add tax onto the items and the total. When we asked about the charges the guy in front just offered to throw in drinks. Will not be back.

I’ve never had Italian beef before but this experience has turned me into a fan it was delicious I got my au jus on the side. It was good very flavorful very meaty. I was confused by the vegetables on the sandwich but didn’t question it I just tried it and it was amazing. The fish sandwich was very good had 2 pieces of fish, due to the thickness of bread could’ve used maybe 1 more piece of fish or bigger pieces of fish. The bread was fresh though but I had a few bites without fish. The fries were seasoned perfectly. I would definitely recommend and I will no doubt be returning. especially for the Italian beef. There are about 4 chairs so it’s definitely grab and go you could order ahead as well so it’s ready when you get there.

My bus goes past this place all the time and I finally made the effort to visit. It was worth the trip! I had the Flavors Burger combo, which included a big and tasty sandwich with a huge side of fries (like two whole potatoes’ worth). The fries were great, crispy on the outside, soft of the inside… but I sadly could not finish them all, especially since I opted to have cheese sauce and bacon added to them.
I’d recommend getting delivery or carryout if you want to try them out. The brightly colored, hard-sell theme of the exterior continues on the inside, and the only place they have to sit is a window sill bar/table area. I got my meal to go and walked to a nearby playground since it was so nice out.
I’ll definitely be stopping back, and I’ll probably bring a friend because that Joe Shoe sandwich looks delicious but I’d never be able to finish it myself.

Best fried whole wings I’ve had in a long time! Everything was made to order and fresh! The fries were hot and the wings were perfectly fried. Crispy and well done! I was very satisfied and can’t wait to try out other menu items. 4 whole wings and fries and a can of soda was only $11. So VERY reasonably priced. And the owner was SO pleasant and personable! Wonderful experience as a walk in customer! Highly recommend Can’t wait until the 2nd location opens!!

Looove the fresh cut fries and the fish tacos are delicious! the “taco” comes on a pita bread and is very filling…great comfort meals! Nice addition to the north side. They are always friendly to me the Turkey burgers are sooo delicious too! I only eat fish and poultry meats and there are so many options and combos! They were willing to do chicken instead of steak with the Surf n Turf Fries and they were so fierce!
