Our go to restaurant! Flavor road has exceptional food at a very reasonable price. Chef Diane is always welcoming and kind and her food is amazing. Flavor road has options for my meat loving husband, picky eating little kiddos and vegan mother with everything in between. It is lovely to sit inside and enjoy the welcoming dining room but also great to stop by for quick take out at the to-go window. Thank you for all the phenomenal food!

We went here twice, once for lunch, once for dinner and enjoyed our meals both times. The vegetable pho was good, but improved by adding some of the fish sauce that was at the table. The shrimp spring rolls were very good and the chicken curry banh mi was FANTASTIC! My daughter had a lot of fun with the peg board games while we waited for our food. We’ll definitely be back!!

Driving through Eureka on the way to B.C. and just needed to get a quick lunch. Luckily we found Flavor Road. Not only was their banh mi the best banh mi I’ve ever had, it was the best sandwich of any kind I ate all year. I saved half of mine for lunch the next day, and somehow the bread was still crispy and it still tasted fresh. My husband and I still talk about this place, two months later. The interior is a little bit worn and odd, but the food more than makes up for it.

This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely incredible flavor profile all across the board, both of our bahn mi were AMAZING. But the lemongrass beef was probably our favorite. Pho was spot on! This place punches far above it’s weight class. We will be back for sure.

Flavor Road is off the hook! It’s nice to know that there is someone cooking food from all different countries. As someone has had the opportunity to try a lot of these cuisines, I can tell you that Chef Diane nails it. From the regular Vietnamese offering to the daily specials, they are spot on and delicious. And don’t be afraid to try new things you haven’t heard of, you won’t regret it.

I am a tourist in Montana who frequently eats pho. And I have to say, this place is so delicious! Diane is a sweet and talented chef that is able to capture the essence of pho (rice noodle soup), and other popular vietnamese items (Banh Mi and Springrolls). She was great company as well. And I love that she had vegan options too! She also has other international specials time to time. Right now, she has tacos!
