I ordered the two meat combo with rib tips and fried catfish. The meat was tender and flavorful, a lot more meat than expected. The catfish was fresh and cooked to perfection. The fried Okra was the best I’ve ever had, the mac and cheese was a little on the salty side and the noodles were a little overcooked. The yams were okay, a little bland compared to everything else. Let’s talk about the green beans Honey, they were so good I couldn’t stop eating them. I will definitely go back and try other items on their menu.

Just passed by here looking for another BBQ spot since Sonny is gone in Fort Pierce. Tries this place out and what a find. Brisket was soft and juicy, baked beans were savory and sweet, last Mac and cheese was OK didn’t have that easy flavor. Service was great but could be little bit better more aware that is all. Inside clean and chill looking. Would highly recommend.

When my soul is craving barbecue, this place delivers on real Southern food. The batter is perfect, the crisp is to die for. The head chef here knows how to cook. I have had catfish elsewhere and everyone else has failed except here. I almost cried over the fried okra which was exactly how it should be. I would love to see some pickled okra as a side. In my opinion, this has been the food I have been looking foor all over the US.

My colleague and I walked in after a long day of being on some roofs. We where greeted with a smile and fresh sweet tea, followed by complimentary homemade chips with their own BBQ sauce on it!!! I ordered BBQ Beef brisket that was MOUTH WATERING!!! Just the perfect amount of burnt on em!! Macaroni and cheese to die for and collards with cabbage I was in heaven !!!!! Fried green tomatoes where perfectly fried and seasoned to perfection! While we ate smooth southern jazz filled the air and life was a simple time again!! All in all 5 stars

Best BBQ ever, and we have been at many, in different states! Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection! They do honor the name of the place. All flavors are just amazing! Very good prices and lots of food in each serving! Looking forward to being back!

This place is absolutely amazing !!!! First time i had it it was from door dash and the menu items were spelled weird so my friend and I figured that all they could do was cook can’t even spell, so we went for it and it was phenomenal. Then when another friend and I went in to eat every single thing was so great we had the 3 for thirty and ate all of it. We were sickly full but so worth it. Can’t wait to go back.

Called and made reservations for a family of 15 at the last minute. They were very accommodating. Customer service was superb and everyone was so pleasant! The food was very delicious!! Those tender off of the bone ribs, smoked oxtails, smoked chicken, and fried catfish were amazing!! Numerous sauces to choose from. The quantity of food was huge and definitely worth the money!! Fairly newly opened restaurant and I’ve been here twice already. Definitely my “go-to” restaurant for good BBQ and food when I travel home!
