Our waiter Wesley was amazing! Even let me order the kids mac and cheese which was fabulous. Besides salads were really good with mixed greens and a very large portion. We also had a burger which was juicy and delicious. The drinks were always full and the service was impeccable.

Don’t hesitate to visit this place if you’re looking for a great burger. Specifically, the Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger is a solid choice. The patty is thick, juicy, and cooked just right! You can really taste the quality in every bite. The fresh, creamy avocado and crispy bacon make a perfect combo, adding smooth and savory flavors to the mix. And if you really want to kick it up a notch, do yourself a favor and add some green chile. New Mexico is famous for its green chile, and it adds just the right amount of heat and local flavor that makes the burger even better. Trust me, it’s a must-try!
The home made chips are a no-brainer and deliciously crispy! They’re a great companion to the already fantastic burger.
The atmosphere seems like it’s still a work-in-progress, with walls that barely have any decor. The place doesn’t seem to know if it wants to commit to any specific themes. The only thing I can associate with the name is the flat… the atmosphere is definitely flat.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! 1st time here and loved it!! Atmosphere is great! The boneless wings tasted so amazing!! They were handmade & breaded with homemade sauces! SO GOOD!! The best chicken sandwich and fish & chips ever! The batter on the fish was so yummy and not overly thick and perfectly crispy batter and the fish melted in your mouth.
The chicken sandwich was also very juicy & scrumptious! Highly recommend!!

I don’t know how I am just finding out about this place! The food, beer, service, and atmosphere were all phenomenal! Such a comfortable time spent here. They had Trivia the night we were there and were going to have live, local, bands the next couple of nights. The menu is vast with a ton of choices, it was hard to pick something. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked delicious and 5 star worthy. I ruined the presentation on mine before taking a picture but grabbed a pick of the kids wing plate before he dug in. Thank you, Flatiron, for the great evening experience, we will definitely be back and spread the word.

Casual bar with rustic/industrial decor. Plenty of high top tables, low top tables, and seats at the bar to choose from. Draft beers and full service bar. The burgers were cooked to perfection with super fresh ingredients and soft buns. The homemade sauces were incredible. Loved the shelf of board games available. My husband and I grabbed burgers and played Battleship for date night. I’d like to note that they have a 4% discount if paying with cash.

This is a fantastic burger. The bun is brioche… it’s buttered, and then toasted to perfection. The burger patty is ground from brisket and chuck, and the flavor is delicious. It’s also 1/2 pound. I ordered medium-well, and it was cooked perfect: the patty had a nice char on the edges, and was very juicy.
The green chile was hot and had excellent flavor. Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles are included. American cheese is great for melting, and has good flavor; but it isn’t real cheese (it is processed cheese food). So, that is the only knock on this burger. Don’t get me wrong: I love American cheese, but using a higher-quality cheese scores better.
The side I chose was the fresh, homemade potato chips. They were seasoned correctly, and each chip had a nice crispness to it. I can’t recommend this meal enough!

Almost wished I had chosen a burger on this visit. I love fried pickles. It appears that cooked the pickle out of them, super salty and greasy, couldn’t find the.

I did pick through and get as much chile as was easily available but it wasn’t much with the soggy fries. The cheese sauce, we’ll let’s just say it was kind of cheesyish sort of.
I made a comment about the pickles being kind of greasy, she said well, ‘they were fried’. WTH?
As you can see there is a pool of frier grease on the bottom of the paper, yup, really greasy.
May not be giving them a fair chance with only 2 appetizers, but, they set the standard in my opinion.

Will I try here again? Yes, I will, I heard great things about the food and want to experience that so badly, today was not that day. Please change my mind and let me experience your claims, I am in it for the challenge.

Funny story, ordered the Panty Tosser Peach Wheat and found it very sour… Turns out the tap was incorrectly set for the Key Lime Sour, hence I found it not so enjoyable.
Beertender fixed me up with the correct beer no charge.

Very nice place. Good porter. Had the chicken pot pie nice little twist on traditional pot pie. Will definitely go back Now re invented. Have not been here in a while. Since change of ownership. I will definitely be back. Portion size is good, steak was cooked perfectly.
