This is truly the best food ever! The entire experience was absolutely flawless. Not only was the service amazing (employees were so welcoming and friendly), but the beautiful surroundings made the whole visit sooo much better. I personally really enjoyed the delicious chocolate waffle! Everything about this establishment is perfect; honestly, I would have my wedding here if I could. Go try it!

I love this breakfast place. It’s a real gem. Love the strawberry jubilee crepes. But Omg the country fried steak is the best! It’s so crispy and thin with the best gravy. Really enough every time I come. They’re consistent! The waitstaff are so attentive and kind.

I ordered the two eggs your way, scrambled with cheddar cheese, along with turkey bacon, grits, hash browns fried hard, and strawberry pancakes. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the addition of cheddar cheese added a nice flavor. The turkey bacon was a bit undercooked for my liking, but still tasty. The grits were creamy and flavorful, better when sugar was added, while the hash browns were crispy and satisfying. The strawberry pancakes were a delightful sweet treat that I thoroughly enjoyed. The house scrambler with original pancakes, which was equally delicious.
To drink, water, Coke, and orange juice was had. The drinks were all served cold and refreshing, perfect for washing down the hearty breakfast.
The staff at Flap-jacks were extremely friendly and attentive. Our waiter, McKenzie, was a delight and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service was prompt and efficient, despite the decent-sized crowd on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t have to wait long for our food or to be seated, was seated as soon as we got there which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, my experience at Flap-jacks was excellent. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly, and the service was top-notch. While I would have liked my turkey bacon to be a bit crispier, it was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend Flap-jacks to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast spot in Indianapolis. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu offerings in the future.

Fantastic service, generous portions and delicious food. There was a large group and many other patrons when we entered the restaurant. We were seated and served quickly. The coffee was hot and the link sausage was my favorite part of breakfast. My two egg breakfast was enormous! Flap-Jacks is extremely popular for good reason. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was pretty good. Prices were fair about $10 a plate roughly.. breakfast for three people was slightly over $30 which I thought was reasonable. The cleanliness of the restaurant was okay. As I left to pay I stood at the register for about 5 min. I believe the owner or at least the manager stood there and talk to the internet guy that was there to fix their internet apparently. Before hollering at one of the other waitresses to come get the cashier. Other than that which I thought was in a little bit bad taste.. would have probably gotten four stars other than that…

I ordered 2 eggs over hard, it took them 3 tried to get it right. By this time I discovered my sausage had a spoiled smell and taste. Picture does not do the sausage justice. It is pinkish red in the middle. Be mindful of what they serve you before eating. They didn’t offer to remove from my bill and waitress avoided our table when she knew there was a problem. I hope George Lampropoulos reads this. George is great person. It is shameful that his employees are a reflection.

love this place, the food is sooo yum!! they often get REALLY busy and attentive service naturally slows but I can’t fault them for that, it proves how good the food is. Their menu is unusally packed with soooo much good stuff to choose from – a good problem!
