Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club is a 17,500-square-foot, multi-concept complex that features a polished casual restaurant, three distinguished bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and sport simulator rooms, a central sporting club/nightclub, and a cocktail lounge. Came to Flankers for a girls night in the Karaoke room and it was a fun time! We booked a room for 2 hours and sang our hearts out – so much fun! Joaquin was our server and he really did great taking care of our group of 8 girls and he came to check on us pretty often to make sure we had everything we needed. Huge thank you to him!!
The price was very reasonable for the room itself and the drinks were fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to have a karaoke outing or just to hang out at the speakeasy bar or the sports bar itself.

Love the themed speakeasy! Second year going. The atmosphere is fun and the decor is true to the theme and well done. Bartenders are great. Drinks are tasty but pretty overpriced… unless is comes in a festive glass. Sadly, you don’t get to keep the glass. Food is also spendy and basic but the names are clever.

Excuse me, mister. I know you probably had a really nice dinner planned somewhere but it’s the college championship game. We gotta have TVs. That’s exactly what happened to me Monday night in Salt Lake. I was there for business and completely obliterated the dinner plans to watch the college football championship. It was my duty and the potential client was on board. Flanker was the move. The nachos are illegal. The chips are clearly seasoned with something addictive, the fresh jalapenos bring the perfect heat, and the side of cheese ensures no sad, dry chip at the bottom. Genius. Spicy tuna bites were also a win. Indiana won. I won all my two team teaser bets. The universe was aligned. Whoop.

This is our favorite place to watch games! Not only is it an amazing atmosphere, but the food is fantastic as well! Even better than all, the service is awesome and we love how considerate and welcoming the servers are. We had some family in town and Ray showed them the full tour of the place, it was incredibly sweet, and we even learned about new things ourselves!! He is the best!

We love the speakeasy and do our best to check out all the fun themes. Arrived to our reservation 20 min early and even though we were happy to wait, the staff went out of their way to try to get us seated sooner. We chose to wait for a table and Rod was able to get us seated at the best table and made us feel like VIP’s just by being so kind. We had so much fun with the drink and food selections but our server Theresa had the best presence and was in the holiday spirit for sure while taking great care of us. I highly recommend checking this place out, it is always a fun time.

We had a great time at Flanker! The vibe is like nothing else we saw in salt lake, and all of our food and drinks were delicious. We especially loved the tacos which came recommended by our sweet server Lauren. I have worked in the industry personally and I have to say that I love the teamwork at this place especially for it being a sports bar. It’s nice to see staff working together and also enjoying themselves, almost made me want to apply for a job 😉 Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks Flanker!

I had a reservation for Valentine’s Day. I had seen ads for their Valentine’s specials, and the only entree listed was an 8oz filet mignon, which is what my partner and I specifically wanted to order. We got there at 8:30, and our server told us they had run out of both the 8oz filet and their normal menu 10oz steak and fries well before our reservation, which tells me they ran out before peak hours were even over. Which manager put in the order for steaks for Valentine’s?? I understand Flanker’s is not a steakhouse, but when you continuously promote a special where the sole entree is steak, you need to have steak to serve! We were very unhappy because we went specifically for that Valentine’s special. We stayed anyway and got the Fish Tacos and Tailgate Nachos, and both were pretty good. Our server was nice and checked in a good amount; unfortunately, I can’t recall her name. The cocktails were pretty good and not too pricey for downtown SLC. The little Valentine’s seating section they had set up was adorable, although there was a bright red light that kept flashing, and no one fixed it after we asked. All in all, I wouldn’t eat here again, but the karaoke rooms are fun. I hope they do better with their numbers for next Valentine’s and order a sufficient number of whatever entree is specifically listed in the special.

Love Lei and Maleini! They helped us with drinks and food! Getting a bottle here was worth it & their bottle service was top tier! The manager Rod was also very nice and gave us a tour! Loved it here!
