This little ice cream shop is so cute! They make their own ice cream and all the employees are super nice! You can try a sample of any flavor before you buy, but I’ve never been disappointed with anything! The State Fair Donut is delish!

Recently tried this place out for the first time and already went back once more. Great selection of flavors and the staff is very warm and friendly. I got a trio of mini scoops both times and it was the perfect size. Highly recommend any of the fruit sorbets, especially the basil lime

Excellent ice cream and candy shop on the north end. You can tell a lot of care goes into the creation of these desserts and treats. Ice cream almost tasted honey based, similar to one of my favorites, Aglemesis Brothers in Cincinnati. This shop should be a whole lot busier than it was, 5 stars might not be enough.

Unique array of flavors that are different ever time you visit. The staff is very friendly and the ice cream is high quality. They let you sample the flavors before you buy and they offer mini scoops if you want to order multiple flavors without eating too much. I usually get three mini scoops which is plenty for me

The staff was friendly, and the ice cream was good. The variety is somewhat limited compared to other local ice cream shops excluding Dairy Queen (which I don’t consider an ice cream shop). But, they make their own ice cream in house.

Prices seem very high for not a lot of treat. About 10oz of malt for 7.50, 2 scoops of ice cream and I am telling you they were NOT generous with the scoops for another 7.50. I left with my craving unsatisfied and my wallet $20.00 shorter then when I came in. Hope they reconsider portion sizes. More than likely I may not come back.
Edit: I appreciate your response, but there was no way I could fit a 12oz can of pop in that cup in that picture and the ice cream scoops were literally the size of the tiny scoops they used to get the ice cream out it was almost like they we re e using them as measuring spoons to add ingredients to a sensitive recipe, some would say these scoops were “anemic”. Fix the portion size….. I knew I should have taken the picture before but I was struggling with my thoughts and if I was having unrealistic expectations of how much product I should have recieved. The more I thought the more I realize your portions suck… raise your price a dollar more, fill my “16oz” cup give me the old fashion tin with some left over in it, cram full that cup with two gobs of ice cream…. for God sakes your name is GRANDPAS ICE CREAM not Ebenezer Scrooge Ice cream. I feel your not listening to your customers read your reviews, kids adult, all patrons are saying they are leaving with a void of just not enough snack…. If you were my grandpa I would not want to visit your house I would go to my other grandpas house….

Staff was extremely helpful !! They were extremely patient & the ice cream was delicious! I love the different options available. I got red orange sorbet as well as lemon and it was amazing ! Would definitely go back if I am in the area.
