There are better buffets out there. The selection was not the best, the quality of the food was standard with taste being basic. There was a hibachi station but even that had limited choices. Of the few Flaming Grills in the area, this is my least favorite

I’m impressed by this place. It’s very clean and spacious! There’s so many selections of food and it’s all fresh. If you love seafood this is the place to be. It’s pricey for a buffet but when you take into consideration how much seafood you can eat in one sitting it makes sense. Waitresses are also prompt with the drinks.

The other night I got, Flaming Grill & Modern Buffet- East Hanover, for dinner. The food was pretty darn good. Was not expecting the assortment and the variety that was available, due to the time and day of the week we went there. Absolutely loved their Fried Chicken and their Hibachi Bar! The best, for me though, was the Stuffed Clams!! They come in a Rangoon stuffing! So good. The other items were ok at best. It has a really nice atmosphere though, very home-y. The crab legs were not good in any way, shape, or form. They were really tiny, had no meat in them, and was lacking in flavor. The string beans weren’t disgusting, but def did not try them again. For ~$25 it was a very reasonable price. Especially given that it’s an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET. The options that were really good makes up for the price and other items that weren’t because you can simply opt out of getting them. All in all, would rate my total experience a solid 6/10. Some items are a lot better than others, but having the option to try them all, and/or to avoid some, boosts my total score. Would absolutely recommend, Flaming Grill & Modern Buffet, to anyone looking for some decent tasting Chinese Food, and is in the East Hanover Area!

Nice buffet. Large selection of food from sushi to seafood and chicken broccoli and lomein plus desserts. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a buffet , this one had a lot of seating and space. Was very clean and all trays of food were full and hot every time I went up. Wasn’t real impressed with any food as it was all common Asian buffet food but plenty to choose from. Good price too and they also have coupons in the paper.

This place is amazing, it is on the pricier side but the quality of food tells you why. The food was so fresh, the sushi was amazing and the experience overall was a dream. The server was very attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys Japanese or Chinese food. Such a great experience with amazing food!

Bumped into this place and we’re happily surprised. Lobsters and crabs are not only fresh and tasty, but also frequently replenished. Half American Chinese dishes and half authentic Chinese cuisine. My fav is salt and pepper crab. We were surprised how fresh those crabs are, maybe we got lucky but it doesn’t taste like pre frozen ones.

I actually like this Buffet but I hate buffets! We needed to take 6 children to eat somewhere quickly that did not require ordering and waiting on food. I like this buffet because there was plenty of seating. They have a bi-level seating area which was nice. Food was deceit. However, for 6 children and 3 adults, we spent $260! We were flabbergasted! If we knew the bill would be that high, we would have went to Chic Fila!

A nice change of pace in Asian buffets. The inside was extremely nice and it was very comfortable. The food selection was expensive and their hibachi option was delicious! I think their service could have been a little better but overall, great experience with the family!

In all honesty I think this place is heavily overprice. Yes it has really good seafood items but still the amount of options of food it offers don’t live up to it’s price tag. Also me and my family went out on a Saturday and it was set to close around 10:30 pm. But they started cleaning up by like 9:30. So by like 9:40 there was only one station with food items. So limited options for a ridiculous price of 27 bucks. So if you don’t wanna spend 27 bucks on like 10 options of food don’t come here.
