Flaming Crab Wilkes-Barre

We drove almost two hours to visit this place and they did not disappoint. I got 1 pound of the blue crabs with the flaming crab sauce, spice level hot, and it was quite the nostalgia trip. Similar to the backyard crawfish boils back in Texas. The serving times are short and then they light your boil on fire! Which is so cool! ⏳ The dish came with one piece of corn, one potato, and a single piece of broccoli. I wish there were more veggies, personally. The flavors are amazing and they provide you with a bib, gloves, a wet wipe, and a clambake shell bucket for leftover shells. The only other caveat I have is that the menu says that they have coke products, but they only have Pepsi.

I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. I am not from PA but whenever I must go back I will for sure visit this restaurant. We had the Family Special B if recall correctly and added one pound of scallops and the seafood was beyond delicious. The source that we chose was the everything one and it was good. The platter tasted freshly cooked, and the seafood was not overdone. The alcoholic drinks were okay. The staff was amazing too and the place was clean. The princess of the food and drinks is fantastic.

I’ve been there twice and had very different experiences both times. The first time I and others got seafood boils (they are delicious and large) and we were treated like royalty. Amazing service. I don’t remember the waiter’s name but he had long braids. Great guy!

All I can say is absolutely amazing! First service ⭐️ on point, waitress (Courtney) was absolutely amazing with my family very patient with my kids, and polite and friendly. Keep checking up on us just overall great! Second the food! Wow for thr quantity and quality of the food the prices where so well! The taste of the food was outstanding ny fmaiky had thr shrimp Alfredo, pick 3 seafood boil. And catfish baskets. The amount of food u get just wow! And third service in general. So quick not long wait at all and to top it off I left my wallet and love an hour away I called they found it and kept it for my till I got there it was so kind and truthful I’m extremely grateful and definitely will be returning!

Wow better then seafood on the beach! If you haven’t tried this place you should. Delicious and priced very reasonably. Our server Josh was awesome! If you get a lb of each selection it’s impossible to eat that much……Next time I’ll do the 1/2 lb. Highly recommend.

Great seafood, especially for somewhere 3 hours away from the shore. I had the Weekend special with the Cajun spice. Certainly worth the price, and on top of that very delicious. The crab and lobster were cooked to perfection. The only problem was the service was a little slow. The waitress complained of having her tables spread throughout the restaurant, so I blame management for that one.

Dani was my server and she made the experience top tier. She was super helpful with helping me make the right platter and was incredibly attentive even thought she had other tables. I went when it was earlier in the rush but my food came out super quick, steaming hot and no flaws what so ever. They also have an incredible promotion going on where you get back 10% of what you spend and it’s like a point system. I loved coming here and I can’t wait to go again! You can really see the money going back into the establishment and it’s almost a year and they’re still going strong!
