I went in and spoke with Ithiel and wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. He kindly let me sample a small piece of fajita before I made my purchase, which really helped. I appreciated how he walked me through the menu and took the time to help me decide. I would love for every H-E-B employee to be trained the way he was. I’ve honestly never experienced service like that before now I truly understand what “H-E-B magic” means. Proud to say this is my local H-E-B.
