They take pride in their food and it’s very good! I got their roasted chicken dinner with yellow rices and black beans, a side of plantains and empanadas. The place is also very clean, I would definitely be going back there!

Ordered grilled chicken lunch special as a colleague wanted to give this spot a chance. I reluctantly agreed. This has to be the worst Cuban food I’ve ever been given. This is reheated chicken, at its best, from the day before. Not fresh at all. And the beans have an off taste to them. I tried to eat some of the chicken but I couldn’t finish. As someone who loves all types of Latino cuisine, this is somewhere you should steer clear of. Wasted my money as I had to throw out the food in fears of getting food poisoning and ruined my only lunch break I have today.

It’s not bad Cuban food, the main restaurant in Dumont is really good. However, this mall is very empty, they don’t get a lot of foot traffic.
Hopefully the new apartments will revive this mall.

After patronizing the Dumont location — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — since they opened, and eating Cuban cuisine for decades before that, I was sorely disappointed that the sandwich I ordered was barely toasted and the contents were cold, refrigerator cold, chilly in my mouth cold, and tasted wrong. It was disgusting. I could not finish it. I regret stopping there. You couldn’t pay me enough to eat there again.

We stopped in for my daughter to grab lunch at another restaurant. I saw Cuban Eddie’s and got excited so I ordered the beef stew. It was delicious! My daughter tried my food and ordered it for herself. She said it was the best unexpected stop.

Great location & great prices! They have yummy empanadas to snack on while I’m walking around shopping. Their lunches are really good too! I tried their Cuban Sandwich for the first time yesterday and it was to die for. If you haven’t tried them yet you are missing out!

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and specifically asked for just mayo, cheese, ham, and lettuce. Instead, I was given a pickle and cheese sandwich—which is completely wrong. To make things worse, I’m allergic to pickles, so I couldn’t even eat it. There’s no phone number listed for the store, so I had no way to contact them about the mistake or share my frustration. This was my first and definitely my last time going to that location. Honestly, who even serves a pickle and cheese sandwich? That’s seriously concerning.

I recently went to Paramus park and decided to try Cuban Eddie’s, it was very good! I indulged in
The rotisserie chicken lunch special. The portion was a great deal for your buck! I will be coming back for more 🙂

Under $6 for 3 drumsticks of moist roasted chicken, rice, black beans (just okay), and 2 pieces of maduros. I only can eat half and save the rest for another meal.

I went there on June 12, 2025. I ordered a piece of chicken which was ok not seasoned. I also ordered a Cuban sandwich, it was three worst I’ve ever had. The pork was dry and flavorless. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat.
