This restaurant was a complete disaster from the moment we walked in. My wife, our one-year-old, and I sat down in an empty dining room, only to be told we had to move because we weren’t ordering the Rodizio. We simply wanted a few items off the regular menu — nothing complicated — yet they still forced us to sit at the bar. Picture this: a toddler in a high chair that doesn’t even reach the counter, while a room full of empty tables just sits there unused. It was absurd and showed zero regard for customers.
Then the service… if you can even call it that. Slow, checked-out, and borderline indifferent.
And the food was the final blow. The Deep-Fried Chicken appetizer came out raw on the inside, burnt outside — an absolutely unacceptable and potentially dangerous mistake. The Picanha tasted old and unpleasant, and the skirt steak was so bland it was barely edible. For a place charging premium prices, the quality was shockingly bad.
Overall, this place failed at every level: seating, service, and basic food preparation. What should have been a simple meal turned into a frustrating, disappointing, and honestly concerning experience. We’re never coming back, and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you expect even the basics of a decent meal.

Okay, so maybe I’m a bit obsessed…. I’m now at Flames for the second time in one week. This time I was meeting a friend for Happy Hour. They have a great- reduced price list of drinks and appys to enjoy from 4-7 pm at the bar. Make a point of stopping by. You won’t be disappointed!

We’ve visited Flames Brazilian Steakhouse about three times now, and not once has the food let us down. Everything is always fresh and delicious, and their salad bar has plenty of options to choose from. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, but our server today, Andre, was absolutely amazing. Truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had—super attentive, warm, and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place every single time.

This place was super cool. It’s different than any dining experience I’ve had, as there’s a buffet for regular food but they come around like every couple minutes offering you incredible meat selections on skewers and you pick and choose if you want to accept a slice or not. I highly recommend taking it really easy on the buffet so you have room to try all the different types and cuts of meat. Also do not sleep on the grilled pineapple! So good! NOTE: I wouldn’t come here if you’re a vegetarian. There are dishes at the food bar but it’s not really worth it.
