First was the 45 minute wait to get the appetizer for one of the guests. One drink was overlooked for table of seven (forgivable). An hour and fifteen minutes in, we got the entre (that’s a long wait by any standard). I thought when they brought my wife’s grilled chicken sandwich it must be a mistake. We did not order the slider??? Bad enough the entire sandwich was small but when she lifted the lid, the chicken breast was about half the size of the bun. Approximately 2.5 to 3 oz. at best, and I might be giving them undue credit on this alone. It looked like a McNugget without the coating. My burger was OK at best. Not hot but not entirely cold. I believe the fries were made the previous week but the .manager assured me they were made “that day”. It would still be hard to prove by me. The manager was pretty descent considering some old cranky guy told her that the over all experience sucked. I rarely complain about much, but this was just over all a miserable culinary experience. I knew going in that this is not a 5 star restaurant as I have begrudgingly been several times in the past, but literally, how in the heck are they even in business. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. If you do go the Buffalo Wildwings might I suggest the best thing on the menu. The water. Your welcome!

Went here the other day. First off, the apps were all burnt and looked dingy, like they’re cooking with old grease. Had the same issue a few weeks prior. The chips to the chips and salsa was so stale, sodas were flat. My husband and I ordered the BOGO deal. We each picked 15 wings in different flavors. They bought all the wings one tray all mixed together. My husband and I do not eat the same things at all. The garlic parm had Asian zing on it, etc. we said something to the waiter about it and he grabbed the tray with his hand to show us the stickers and told us he would try to help us tell which wings were which (we had 4 different flavors). Some of the wings looked half cooked. We decided to leave. Asked the waiter to pay for our drinks and apps. He went and got the manager who was just another kid who didn’t care about our issues at all. We’ve frequented this place for years. Lately every time you go in, it’s dead. We have LITERALLY waited up to 15 minutes almost every time for someone to come acknowledge us and seat us. Sadly, we will have to stop coming and judging by the comments this place is gonna be just like the others. Doesn’t look like it’s gonna last much longer.

There were only 3 other tables that had people seated. Yet we waited over 5 minutes to be seated and a long while to even get a drink or have put order started. My wings were prepared incorrectly with sauce rather than dry rub and his burger was very dry. Both meals were over cooked. The bathroom was very cruddy. Service was not good. Food was not prepared properly. There was 1 guy that waited the table and bar which I understand. No one was in there but a few of us. I love BWs. Our absolutely favorite place for Burger and wings. However, we will not return to the Hagerstown store. Maybe it was an off day for them but for $50, we expected something much better than what we got. Martinsburg and Inwood, WV locations are awesome. Even the Winchester and VA store is amazing.

The bartenders are awesome. Their service is really good, but the wings? Omg the worst. They advertise “spun” wings but….that is a joke. The kitchen staff only sprinkles seasonings over the top of the wings. They don’t coat them. Absolutely not spun. The 1/2 off wings mean half the seasoning I guess. And any wings under the celery get no seasoning at all. Is this the norm? YES! Every freaking week. We meet friends here every week and that…,and the bartenders is why we come. The kitchen staff sucks. Lazy. Every week we have to ask for more seasonings so we can do their job for them. Where is the manager? Where is the supervision of the kitchen? Come for the bartenders, not the food. The Frederick location has MUCH better food.
UPDATE: second time in a row that the wings had a little seasoning sprinkled on the top and absolutely none on the bottom. I posted a pic this week. I’ll keep updating every week as the poor kitchen service continues. FYI the shift manager is the person who brought me my wings so no one is checking these orders.
UPDATE: What a joke. Two months after my review BWWs asked me to fill out a response form….which asked for my order number. Who keeps their receipt for wings for two months? Who knows their order number from two months ago? FYI, the wings are still being served with seasoning on half of the wings, and some wings with no seasoning at all. If it weren’t for the bartenders and my friends, I would not go to BWWs.

Can’t rate the food because we didnt get any. We waited at the host station for 25 minutes waiting to be seated. On a busy night were we wrre waiting for a table this would be understandable. But we were never spoke with. They never even took our name. There were five or six servers that walked by and looked at us. And no one stopped and asked us about anything. After 25 minutes we left and went to Chili’s were we were seated immediately.

Took most of my family here. My wife and I and five of our kids. Unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had! Mainly due to the waitress and the manager was obviously a huge part of the problem. We ordered for everyone at the same time. Two kids meals, five orders of wings, and a wrap. First food to come was one order of wings and the wrap. Nine minutes later one kids meal (mind you both kids meals were Mac & Cheese). Eleven minutes after that another order of wings. When asked the waitress gave such attitude and some smart comment under her breath my wife (who rarely complains to management) went to speak to the manager who was completely useless and told my wife that she’s not sure what to do about it.
We told the manager at minimum the original waitress would not be returning to our table. Now come the second waitress, she wasn’t great either. It ended up being 27 minutes between the first and second kids meal. The manager never came to the table to apologize or check to see if anything had been fixed or was proper. Then to top it off we were charged for a drink that we didn’t even order.
No apology, didn’t discount a kids meal that took 27 minutes longer than it’s matching meal to come out for my 2 & 4 year old kids.l, and charged us for products we didn’t get.
This BWWs used to be great!!! We loved going there. But food, and especially customer service, and cleanliness all went so downhill it’s awful!

I promise I visit Buffalo Wild Wings, in many different places. This one right here, has a very nasty bartender, by the name of Nicole. I sat at the bar, and gave her praise for working, the bar by herself. I asked her one question, about her work and she said I was stressing her out. She refused to serve me anymore, even though I hadn’t started drinking my first drink. Spoke to manager, he wasn’t trying to, hear what I was saying, until I said that I have witnesses. He asked me why do I need, a witnesses I said because you’re not trying to hear my side of the story. The manager tried to sweep the situation under the rug. This behavior is not expected anywhere, period. To be honest, her reaction is because of, my skin color!

My boyfriend and I arrived and there was no one there to seat us, the servers were all standing nearby counting their cash tips and barely spared us a second glance. We were waiting for nearly 15 minutes until my boyfriend called out to one as she walked by and asked if we could be sat. She sat us and then it took us another fifteen minutes until someone came by to take our drink orders. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees for ourselves and waited nearly 45 minutes for them to come out. The people around us were all getting fed, despite getting there well after us. When the food finally came out, it all came out together, appetizer and entrees, and the sides were burnt and the food was less than lukewarm. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience, I don’t write reviews often, but this trip out to eat was a waste of time and money.

Food was hot and fresh. Wings had a decent amount of sauce. The flavor was good. The staff were very friendly. Definitely will be back again.

Okay so came here on a Friday afternoon just after 1. Only a few people sitting down. We went ahead and went to the bar. As we sat there and kept looking around noticed we didn’t have a bartender. Waited about 10min for one to show up and take our drink order and appetizer. Then she disappeared again. Had then to wait again to order food until she came back. I thought maybe she was waiting on other tables but then look behind me and she is sitting at a table back behind us on her phone. She said she was the bartender and also a manager. So then we went ahead and ordered our food. I get my food (traditional wings) and barely has any seasoning on them. They were the Chipotle bbq dry rub. I had ate a few and she didn’t even ask me if I wanted a box. Just asked if I was done and when I said yes she took plate and dumped when I still had 6 of them left on my plate. Now we travel all over and this is by far the worst BWW we have been to.
Oh and as well you could tell the bathrooms haven’t been attended to as well. Most were almost out of toilet paper in the women’s.
