Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. Yum My Husband and I wanted a healthy option for dinner and the Flame Broiler didn’t miss. Staff were friendly and everything was freshly made. Due to my shellfish allergy it’s hard to dine out, but this place had no fish ingredients. I got a bulgogi bowl with veggies, avo and green onion. The Husbae got the chicken plate with veggies, which was enough for 2 meals. Everything was flavorful on its own, but the sauce just takes it to another level. Thanks guys, we’ll definitely be back!

Normally there’s no issues with this place everyone is great, but today I got helped by a gentleman that had already everything like if he was ready to close @750, he dint have the food ready. He also helped a group of 6 before working on the order I had. He then help another costumer before adding stuff to the food being prep, waited so long I just left. If he wasn’t so lazy and close after closing hours costumers and drivers would have a better experience.

Ordered through doordash and probably my worst order to date. I had a nae chicken bowl with veggies and brown rice. and for dark meat chicken it was extremely dry. my brown rice was hard at the top and edges, which means it was pre-prepped into the bowl and sitting there exposed to air. the harded “balls” of brown rice (see pics) was superrr unpleasant to bite into and ended up hurting my gums.. i also request veggie on the side but it was in the bowl. my wife order a half and half plate, and her white rice was under done…. and both her chicken and beef was dry. also ordered additional “sauces” on the side: we were missing the jalapeno sauce, the magic sauce was way to salty, and my seoul scorcher sauce was just spicy with no taste. typically adding sauces could save a meal but in this case it just defined how low quality the effort was. we finished our meals out of hunger, but would not recommend as price for what you get is not worth it my bowl alone was $13.

The two employees working were nice. However, as I am ordering my chicken bowls I see the cook using no gloves while unloading vegetables. I’m pretty sure you are supposed to wear gloves but I am not the health department. Second, the avocado on my bowl was brown and disgusting and I paid extra for it. Flies were flying around the sauces just very unsanitary. I would avoid this location and go to another.

Ohh Im so happy i found this place!! My friends and I always have lunch around this plaza and we tried this place the first time today. Such affordable price for amazing volume if food! Im usually still hungry at most of lunch place but this place’s regular bowl made me full. And they are relativeley healthy. Meat and veggies, brown rice etc. Tofu option is great. Love the selections of sauces. Staffs are friendly and cheerful. We will roundup our friends and come back here again for sure !!!

The food is great, but for $17.74 per plate, the amount of food you get is not worth it. I remember it used to be different a couple of years ago. I am not sure if it changed owners or what the deal is, but today this is what my plate looked like. It is really a shame because the food is delicious.

We have ordered individual bowls here for over a year especially for our daughter’s volleyball team dinners before games. It was always a big hit and the girls appreciated a healthy filling meal. We needed to order catering for her graduation party and everything went perfectly. The trays of food were plentiful and everyone loved it. It was fresh and delicious! We will definitely order catering here again or go for a meal.

I never write reviews, but I feel I needed to write one for this place. They sent out coupons to our mailbox so I decided to go with a friend and try it out. Talk about a DUMP! Now let me preface this by saying it was a little bit later at night, but there were two guys working there! (Look like two high school kids. But they were pretty disheveled with baggy clothes.) The restaurant was disgusting! There was sauce and trash on top of most of the tables. And the soda machine and surrounding utensils and condiments, looked like it had been ravaged. It was just a very unclean environment! Which is kind of sad because when you have two people working there, you would think they’d take the initiative to do some cleaning? We ordered one steak bowl and one chicken bowl per our coupon. Unfortunately, one of the kids said that they didn’t have the chicken ready so he’d have to cook it up. Totally fine. But, does it really take 25 to 30 minutes to cook a single piece of chicken and cut it up? It was just a filthy environment and really bad service! I get they’re probably high school kids working there, but you need to hire people who don’t mumble and are a little bit more incentivized to take initiative. I have two more coupons from the flyer that was sent out, but I don’t think I’ll be using them. The food was decent, but nothing special. Again, just the experience made me not interested in ever going back. Very unfortunate.

Out of pricipal I have to warn people. They are charging well above posted prices. Add 20-21% to whatever they advertise on the menu. See pics. Was on the road all day so decided to grab a quick Angus beef mini bowl for my dog for $5.60 and and a regular half and half for $7.35. Was charged [before tax] $7.10 and $9.25. If the prices changed that is one thing but you need to tell people, otherwise get up on a ladder and fix it. One star was from my dog…she didn’t notice and 2 because we ate it all. Minus 2 stars for management/ownership.

This place is horrible. I came here thinking it would be better than Panda Express. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a half and half beef/white meat chicken. They tell me the white meat isn’t ready and is cooked to order so i need to wait 6-8 additional minutes. Once I tried it I realized I made a mistake. Food is next level gross! Meat is so dry I could hardly chew it. Veggies are unseasoned and lifeless. On top of that it’s expensive . I honestly thing the meat comes precooked and then they fire it up and recook the living hell out of it. Seriously so dry I almost choked trying to get it down.
