Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. Food is good, service is quick, the only complaint I wish they would correct is that they don’t put utensils and sauce in your bag. When I’m on my lunch break and come to find out I have nothing to eat my semi-dry food it gets frustrating. They don’t always remind you and a lot of us are in a rush.

I eat here weekly because its healthy, simple and convenient. Mini all white meat chicken bowl with white rice and hot sauce nothing else. Basic and keeps your caloric intake down if you don’t add sauce to the meat or veggie.
